The change in fetal movement around this time (almost 37 weeks) is no joke. I've literally had to put my hand on my belly to feel the slight movements because it's so different from the normal karate and full belly shifts in the past month or so. Even though I know it's normal it still made me a nervous nelly.

Sorry for the poor man's siggy...ticker won't load regardless of how many tips I read.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one! I keep having to remind myself that she's just running out of room in there, and that it's completely normal. Doesn't stop me from worrying though!!
@karastwin thoughts and prayers for your FIL and family.
I took the kiddos swimming today and the weight off my hips and back was fabulous. I read that doing hand stands in the water might encourage babies to turn, so I did several of those but no such luck. I can still feel his head buried in my hip. Besides that, I'm still having episodes of tachycardia that leave me breathless and lightheaded and the reflux is officially out of control. I'm sooo over this and ready for June!
@KarasTwin keeping your FIL and family in my prayers. Scary stuff.
My main symptom is numbness in my hands. I'll shake them out and get feeling back, but it's so annoying. Also swelling sucks. It's no where near what it was in my first pregnancy, but I finally had to take off my wedding ring last night.
Did manage to have some "quality time" with DH last night and my back started hurting after. He freaked thinking he put me into labor because all he has learned about labor is that it can hurt the back. I explained to him that it was just from our happy fun time. Thought some of you might get a chuckle outta that.
feeling so lazy and sluggish today. its my first day being done work and all i wanna do is sit down. DH texted me a big list of what we need to do before LO arrives, but it doesnt seem fun at all i havent even gotten a shirt on after my shower 3 hours ago. but i did do a load of laundry. so at least i did something.

I am just so freaking tired! Working ft is just starting to wear on me and I'm so glad im off this weekend! What's pissing me off is that work continues to call me at all hours to work overtime and seem mad when I say no! I am 8 months pregnant, and have a high risk pregnancy! Please! How ridiculous!
Last night I was having consistent contractions that where 3-4 minutes apart for over two hours but they weren't very bad, more painful than Braxton hicks but less painful then my active labor contractions that I had with my first so I stayed home and relaxed and they gradually died off. Then about an hour later, they started up again, very consistent at 3-4 minutes apart again but stonger this time and they lasted about an hour and a half and made me throw up my dinner (mini tacos were a bad idea!) But then gradually died down again. I got a little sleep and then two hours later, woke up to the same thing. Seems to happen every few hours, but then fades away after an hour or two. I'm not quite sure when I should go into l&d because with my first, my water broke before I had any labor contractions and once that broke, there was no questioning if I was in labor or not and very intense contractions started immediately after. So idk how long or how bad I should let my contractions get before going in. I've been trying to hold off until I know for sure but idk if less intense contractions are common for the beginning of labor and if I should just go get checked or wait it out.
