I had my 1st ultrasound yesterday and the doc seen the sac and the yolk, but no heartbeat. She said I am measuring correctly. But here's the catch, my HCG levels were 19,198 at 5w4d. Which is pretty high, even the doctor was a little confused. She said it was probably just too early to see a heartbeat. Only seen one sac in there, was thinking it was twins for a minute because of the high levels, I know that It could still be a possibility. Or I just have higher than normal HCG levels.. She cut out molar pregnancy.
Was just wondering how early you gals seen a heart beat? And if anyone else levels were that high that early?!
Doc told me not to worry about it.. but hard not to. I have another apt next Friday. I'll be 7 weeks then.
Re: No heartbeat @ 5w6d..High HCG Levels.

@domsmom52714 I would maybe try another Doctor if your that worried, I know I would be a little upset because you are a little further along!
@grkgdss00, My ultrasound showed that I had a cyst but they said it was completely normal, they said its on the ovary that I ovulated from, and that the cyst causes progesterone to help progress the pregnancy!! Never knew that!
