anterior placenta anyone?

Hey
I am 31 weeks this week and apparently have a front lying placenta. Anyone else experiencing the same? I feel like my bump is really much heavier this time (I have an almost 2 year old too). Also I have horrible tail bone pain from baby's back lying against my spine and sciatica. I also feel like placenta is shifting down because I can feel kicks everywhere except for under belly button and lower. I have a growth scan next week so I guess that will tell me. But just wondering if anyone else had had this?
