  Felicity is one of my favorite names! Just because it isn't common does not mean it's stuck up. Harper is NMS.

  Felicity is very pretty, and to me comes off as gentle and kind - not stuck up at all! I don't think it flows well with Harper, though

  I like Felicity but it reminds me of the character that was on Neighbours forever ago..nickname could be flick!
