Yes!! I've never had this before and now it's really hairy and some of it's dark! I tired plucking a few but it hurts a lot and I'm afraid to shave it and have it grow back all prickly, Idk what to do!
I used to have a smooth belly. Now there is light blonde peach fuzz growing lol. I have really light, barely there body hair to begin with but this is new!
Ah! I love it when I get on this board and find someone talking about something weird I thought was in my head! YES! I have (thankfully) light colored but longer-than-normal hair on my belly! So glad I'm not alone in this!
I have always had a peachfuzzy stomach and now it's so dark and long I feel like a nasty man. Or a monkey. I will not be showing anyone my stomach any time soon. Maybe I'll try waxing?
I have definitely noticed fuzziness on my belly that wasn't there before and it's not too terribly dark. But I definitely notice it so I'm afraid everyone else will too!

Unfortunately I'm soooo with you girl. I hate thinking of giving birth looking like an ape.
Does anyone know if we are allowed to wax our hairy bellies???
I'm so damn hairy to begin with, so I just feel like a Sasquatch lately. I've been shaving my belly whenever it really bothers me. I'd rather deal with an itchy tummy than looking like a hobbit!
This morning I broke down and took my razor up the center of my bump, as that is where the dark hair was. I feel better about it now. I guess I don't mind redoing it every once in a while. I'm pretty compulsive about tweezing and such, I guess this is no different. Thank you for mentioning this!!
OMG! I thought I was alone. I look like a yeti........ I feel so gross. My fiancé looked at me the other day as I was changing and he was like awwww you're so hairy. I was like wtf stop looking at me! Haha I wonder if bleaching will help? Is that safe?
Does anyone know if it goes away after child birth? lol it's horrible! I few people told me not to shave it because it does fall off but I'm not sure it really does..
I'm so glad I'm not the only one! And trust me it doesn't go away my tummy is a bit fluffy now but I get a couple of long dark one which I pluck it started when I was pregnant before and over 7 years later it's still there. Sorry to break it too you ladies!
I did have a little before but it seems so much worse now. I'm hoping that as my belly spreads out it won't be so noticeable.lol. I was supposed to go to the beach the other day and my brothers gf suggested I get a bikini and "flaunt the belly" :O I wish!
Yup! I started noticing my new hair growth around 14 weeks. I am not shaving it or waxing it because it's very thin and it will fall off after birth. It's just a hairy little reminder that baby is doing a number on my body :0)
I shaved mine Bc it was beyond peach fuzz lmao ... Plus I like walking around like a pregnant bikini model at home lol I hate the weight gain and hair growth but I'm trying to make best of this
Just leave it alone! I got a hairy belly with my first and after he was born it all fell out. I have a hairy belly with this one and I plan to rock it until the end. A temporary hairy belly is better than a permanent one. Please ease don't shave it.
I got a hairy belly with my first. They looked slightly thinner than leg hairs you get as a teen before you start shaving but they totally go back to normal after the baby gets here
I finally took my eyebrow trimmer/dermaplane tool to the hairy tummy. I usually tweeze but I think I finally adopted the "ugh eff it" approach and was super surprised with how easy it was. And no razor bumps or stubble!
Definitely recommend getting a hold of some Tinkle eyebrow razors and giving it a go. Especially with bikini season upon us!
I'm 17w3d and my stomach is exactly the same way! I can't bring myself to shave it because I know it will only grow back darker, so I'll stick with my blonde hairy stomach. Haha
I tweeze 'em and try to get the root. Used to shave it but it comes back dark and thicker. Now I just pluck as I see them. I'm by no means a gorilla but there's hair. Thanks, Hormones.

This exactly! It goes away after baby. It's not the most attractive thing but I wouldn't want to risk possibly making a permanent change by shaving.
