anyone trying baby led weaning with their little one? It seems so much easier than making purees. I just slice up frruits and veggies and put in a little baggies. I started with purees but storage is too much. One veggie or fruit makes ALOT. And it goes to waste. The are only good for 3 days in fridge and 30 in freezer. Maybe I'm not doing enough feedings during day because I don't want to have him get constipated or not breastfeed.
So far I let him chew on fruits and veggies. We have tried: Apple slices, cucumber slices, celery, I bite of pieces of banana and avocado, melon & strawberries. He seems more intrigued.

I followed all the rules with my daughter when it came to solids and this guy is total opposite! I'm a rule follower and the little dude is making me stray. Haha. He's so intrigued with what I'm eating.
I don't mean to be rude, but have you read much about BLW? You are NOT supposed to feed the child. They're supposed to feed themselves. Also, I would try different foods - what you've offered are not easily grabable. Offer chunks that she can hold and chew on. Banana cut down the middle (a spear), avocado, apple slices (peeled).
