I don't normally care for raw oysters, or oysters of any kind but I've been craving raw oysters! I did some research and once I hit the second trimester I had 3 (out of a half dozen) oysters on the half shell, but man! I want to eat them everyday!
I crave for fries. I am still struggling since I know it's oily and salty. I hope a small amount won't affect my growing baby. I am thinking if oily foods upsets stomachs as well.
Omg I feel ya!!! Raw veggies and salads right now absolutely turn me off. I can't even stomach them when I try to eat them. I definitely could go for a sub too!! All I mostly have been wanting is pizza and pasta hahaha I'm trying to eat as healthy as possible though but sometimes the smell of things and one taste makes me gag. It's weird too bc I used to love coffee and beer and I can't stand the smell of either right now!!
If you want a hot dog or deli meats eat it. My doc says it's fine to just zap it in the microwave. I have been eating them and it's fine. Everything in moderation, that's true if you are pregnant or not. Our generation is so freaked out by what you can't do, remember when woman used to smoke and drink back in the 50s and pop out over 5 healthy kids? I am not saying drink or smoke but we need to just stop freaking out and enjoy food and our pregnancies.
My first and second pregnancy I knew I was pregnant because I craved a steak sized piece of raw tuna or salmon. I would do anything to eat sushi:/ I know it's weird lol
I am usually very healthy, but I have been eating terribly. I am also spending too much money because I keep having to eat out because I never like anything we have at home! I also had soda the last two days, and that is very unlike me. Really trying to drink lots of water again like I used to. My most recent craving has been Atlanta Bread Company (similar to Panera Bread -- but better).
I am the same way! I don't know if I can eat anything and drive around till I can spot something that doesn't sound repulsive! Veggie subs and real Mexican Chalupas!
