  I'm not a fan of Sloan as a girls name, maybe switch it around and do Carol Sloan? Sounds a bit better I think.
  
  Also Gemma is such a pretty name but Sloan sounds a bit rough around the edges. Carol goes so much better with Gemma.

  I really dislike the name Sloan, especially on a girl. I like Gemma but I don't think it goes well with Sloan at all.

  I love Gemma and Sloane (prefer the 'e' on the end). 

  Although they are two very different names, they still sound nice together. Middles names are fine.

  Neither first names are my style.  I really dislike Sloan.  I feel like they don't go together as well.  I do like your middle names though.

  Gemma is so beautiful and feminine. I think Sloan is far far below that.......not fair to that baby.

  Love Gemma Rose....not as crazy about Sloan. Sloan is so harsh compared to Gemma which is pretty and feminine

  Not a fan of the 2 together. I am not a huge fan of Sloane but I see the appeal. I just think Gemma is so lovely and Sloane doesn't measure up!

  Have to agree that Sloane does not pair well with Gemma, which is quite feminine and soft. I don't dislike Sloane as much as others on here, but it is not very delicate. What about...

  I absolutely love Sloane for a girl, and I think it goes great with Gemma (not a huge fan of "matchy" names for siblings) If name meanings are important to you it means some variation of warrior (fighter, raider, etc...) I think it's a strong name for a little girl that will age beautifully with her as she gets older.

  I think Gemma and Sloan are great together and I think rose and carol should definitely be the middle names. Sloan Carol sounds good and I don't like Carol as a first name - sounds a bit too baby boomer to me to be a first name

  I adore Gemma but I really dislike Sloan on like a cellular level and I don't think they pair well together. I think Gemma and Carol work, however.
