I bought a stroller because we got an AMAZING deal on it and it's the exact one I wanted. It was like 70% off... Boooyahhhh!

I also got tons of clothes and we may have gotten a crib. Thats about it so far.

Clothes,wipes,nappies,steriliser,bottles,bouncer/swing,play mat and bought pram yesterday

A ton of clothes, bassinet, swing, rock and play, some wall decals and paintings, and 1-2 boxes of diapers and wipes. Plus we already have the crib, infant car seat, stroller, changing table, bouncer, activity mat, and bedding from DS1.

STMs, are you reusing the bottles but buying new nipples? Buying new? Or just using what you have?

I only have some clothes. Like maybe 5 little outfits. But I have all my 2 year old son's newborn clothes packed up that i'll probably unpack soon. Other than that, no big stuff.

Crib & dresser (thanks to my Mom)! Changing pad, covers, sheets, thermometer, UGGs (x2!), diaper organizer and closet organizer, lamp, car mirror, Boon grass drying rack and a few clothing items!

I haven't bought anything yet because I have so much from my other kids, BUT as soon as I can find out the gender I will definitely pick up some clothes! We also need a new car seat...and then of course various baby carriers. lol

We haven't bought anything yet. We're waiting on our tax return/DH's bonus to buy the furniture, and I promised myself I would hold off on buying clothes until we know the sex (11 more days!!).

We bought the infant car seat and stroller last week because there was a great sale going on! We got the Britax B-Safe 35 car seat and BOB Motion stroller. We haven't bought anything else but my sister has generously given us her baby stuff (she is done having kids). So we have a crib, glider, dresser/changing table, toys, some clothes, blankets, burp cloths, etc. I went thru it all last week so I know what we don't have and need to buy and/or register for.

Everytime I am at Target or something I always find myself in the baby section picking up some more stuff. I tell my DH I am doing good because this way it is not so much at once and it helps me not be stressed.

@afm27 LOVE the boon grass drying rack and accessories. That is my next purchase.

I've bought pretty much nothing a nursing cover, 2 sleepers......that's it lol. We are waiting till closer to delivering. I also have a car seat and bassinet that were given to me by a friend. I'm waiting to see what I can get second hand or bought for me my family is very excited for a girl.

I've bought nothing. DS is only 10 months old, we are pretty much set. My parents bought us a new crib for this baby. I'm sure I'll buy a few little things before, like a coming home outfit or something but nothing too crazy. @0ashley, I'm just using the same bottles and nipples. They are not that old.

Does a pregnancy pillow count? We haven't bought anything other than maybe 5 outfits. We received a bunch of hand me downs though! Swing, bouncer, clothes, travel system, jumper, and activity mats. We're waiting until after our shower in May to buy the rest.

So far exersaucer (really good deal), crib, dresser, breast pump, some clothes, baby carriers ( ergo, mei tai and two Kinderpacks) and a play pen.

This week we are getting a swing, convertible car seat, and baby monitor.

That's basically all we are getting besides smaller things like bedding, clothing and breast feeding accessories.

We got nursery furniture, a car seat and stroller, the beginning of a cloth diaper stash, a bouncer, and some clothes. Holding off on the rest of the stuff on the list for now. The majority of the stuff that we have gotten already was because they happened to be on sale.

Couple boxes of diapers that were on sale, a breast feeding "utter" cover (I got for free. And then car seat canopies (bought a Packers one for my husband) also free and a little extra for the the second one). Honestly surprised that's all we have bought so far! Hahah

My hubby and I bought furniture on the weekend and I'm glad we went early as we're looking at a 12 week wait to get it from the manufacturer! That should leave us 8 weeks to put it together and finish the nursery. We also bought a pram, car capsule, baby bath and stand and a monitor. We have decided not to buy anything else until after the shower - as it's our first we've been warned that people will buy us loads of wipes, lotions, toys, clothing and linen. Anything we aren't gifted we can buy at a later date.
I'm finding it hard not to buy clothes though....

Love that you're using cloth diapers! I am too and have had so many people tell me it will be too hard. I'm so glad others are taking the "hard road" with me.

I know my friends are going to give me a whole bunch of stuff, so I'm not really sure what I'll need. And another one of my friends wants to throw me a baby shower so there's also that.

The idea of what to buy early is a bit overwhelming to me to think about.

Does paint for the nursery count?? And some Jets onesies (they were on clearance a while back at Target).

We registered and have been told by my mom and MIL to not buy anything yet. It's hard not to go crazy and start shopping.

If any of our big items are on sale for a good price I think we'll just go and pick them up.

I've bought everything but a Moses basket, a chest of drawers, and storage. This is our first so we have been extremely lucky to have family who have bought/given us a lot. I could open a clothes shop with what my baby boy has haha!

A travel set (car seat/stroller), a few cloth diapers (they're so costly up front so we just buy a couple each paycheck), and a humidifier (I actually needed this for my sinuses haha just used baby as an excuse to actually buy it, got a cute owl one)

We've gotten the crib, changer table, dresser and glider w/ ottoman. We've also bought a few onesies, sleepers, socks, and bath towels. My shower is very early as I'll only be a little over 6 months so we're waiting to see what we'll get then and purchase the rest later. We'll probably continue to buy a little all along though. Just found out on Monday that we're having a little girl.

We already had a glider and ottoman from DD and we have been given a bouncer seat, a baby food maker, a Bumbo with tray and some brand new Dr. Brown bottles. We have also been told by my SIL to expect her barely used swing and another bouncer seat.

Ok now I am 100% sure I'm an unprepared mom! Haha just ordered crib and dressers. Shower is at the end of this month so I want to wait and see how things look after that. Maybe I should be better prepared at this point ah?

We're having our second boy in 2 years so we don't need much, but the urge to buy is there lol. I've bought a double stroller, a little brother sleeper and a chicco key fit infant seat. We had a babytrend travel system but I hated it so I sold it. Oh and we bought a twin size bed for our almost 2 yr old

I have a crib that a friend gave to me and today I just bought my baby it's very first outfit from it's momma. However I do have 4 packs of diapers, two packs of wipes (obtained from a clinic for single/low income mothers), a ton of brand new clothes (that my aunt bought), a music box (that my aunt bought), and two binkies that I purchased. So not very much, I'm waiting til after my baby shower and then I'm gonna use my left over school grant money to buy all the important stuff that I need. I'm trying not to splurge on baby clothes but that'll be doomed as soon as I find out the gender.
