When you drop something on the ground and say "f**k it" and walk away.
That is what my older children are for. They have to pick up everything I drop :'-)
Yes! This! ^^^^^ I'm sure my 9 & 5 yr old are ready for me to have this baby. I know my 9 yr old rolls her eyes behind my back every time she has to pick something up for me. Ha.
When MIL takes over my registry that I worked SO hard on, (researching for weeks), and insists I add things I KNOW I absolutely do NOT need or want. #preggoproblems #firstworldproblems
Ugh, that would make me SO mad! I've had a similar argument with my dad's gf about changing tables. I want storage cubes with a changing pad on top so I don't have a random piece of furniture I won't use after a few years. She seemed personally offended that I didn't want a designated changing table/
"Storage cubes with a changing pad on top". Brilliant! Totally stealing that.
Ok. I cant lay on my back cuz its not good for you or baby. And i cant lay on my sides bcuz its painful on my hips...and of course cant lay on my front for obvious reasons sooooo not sure if im supposed to hand upside down or stand on my head to get some sleep. Lol
When you put on a pair of jeans that fit last casual Friday and have to sit at your desk with the fly down and unbuttoned. #preggoproblems
This actually happened to me today. We went to lunch and the jeans were ok worn low on my hips (they're stretchy) but just at that point of maybe being a little restrictive. The Thai food lunch added just that extra little bit o' bulk, and I spent the drive back with my pants unbuttoned and unzipped. I think those jeans, as stretchy as they are, are done. :-<
That is absolutely not true. You can overdose on tums ( they are calcium) we had a lady do it and she was hyperventilating when she came in and has mental deficits........ Not a joke.
When you're hungry but you're afraid to eat because of the inevitable acid reflux AND you've already used your allotted amount of Tums...
Allotted amount of tums? I was told they were fine didn't know there was a limit! Weird I'll have to ask my ob next week
My OB told me you cannot overdose on Tums. Your body will absorb what it needs and pass the rest.
That's what I thought too
I do know that you cannot take tums if you have a problem with kidney stones. It makes heartburn a real pain for women dealing with that issue!
Now I'm totally questioning my OB. I have a history of kidney stones (not during pregnancy) and have never been told not to take tums. I pop them like candy and have with all 3 pregnancies. . .
It's vitamins you can take a lot of and just pee out what your body doesn't need. Not tums.
Only certain types of vitamins... water soluble vitamins eg. vit C you can take as much as you like and ur body will use what it needs and dispose of the rest. Fat soluble vitamins (a, d, e and k) are a different story though.... you can overdose on these and cause harm... (even when not pregnant) you would have to take large amounts over time to actually have issues but please be aware of it... rda's are there for a reason...

Definitely wouldn't hurt to check... My poor sister can't take tums due to the fact that she was most likely developing a kidney stone (can't confirm since she can't have an xray) so her urologist and OB said no tums because the calcium makes kidney stones worse .... There are prescriptions that can help with heart burn when tums is not an option.... Check back with us after you speak with your OB!
When you haven't pooped in days and when you finally do it clogs up the toilet but you don't realize it till DH calls you out. Then you both alternate plunging for an hour and a half with no success so you just go to bed exhausted and crying from humiliation. Then DH tries again in the morning before leaving for work and then reminds you to use the other toilet. Then you spend the whole day with a headache and unable to focus at work because you're worried about the toilet.
When you're watching Bizarre Foods about an hour after eating breakfast and keep saying - "I want to eat that! I want to eat that!" They're showing him eating a pig's head (the whole head!) and I'm saying I want to eat it. #-o
When the waitress tries to clear the table, and you aggressively grab DH's plate back (yours is empty), so you can have those precious last 4 bites...and your new coworkers, the waitress, and DH stare at you open mouthed for a second, before laughing... While you stuff your face and don't care...
Yes to so many - the farting, peeing, burping, grunting... I'm always in beast mode, except when I work out, at which point I'm a slug. One problem I don't have is not showing - I've been obvious since about 21 weeks

My commuter train was delayed 25 minutes... About 2 miles from home. I was so hungry I wanted to cry. I seriously considered A. Finding the conductor and begging him to ignore the directions to wait for the passing train or B. Ask other passengers, total strangers, if they'd lend me a snack. For real.
Yelling at a co-worker for touching your bump and feeling bad for making them upset only to seconds later be pissed because it's your body and you don't have to feel bad. #pregoproblems #backoffmybelly

When you struggle to get out of bed in the middle of the night for the millionth time to pee. #preggoproblems
When you have to pee again 30 seconds after peeing. #preggoproblems
When you realize that you no longer can easily tie your shoes. #preggoproblems
Maybe that's not tums?!
Um...oops.
