Bikinis and baby bumps

Re: Bikinis and baby bumps

  • I was a competitive swimmer for years, trust me gals; no need to take the one piece all the way off. They are made of spandex and very stretchy, just pull that thing to the side! Unless you have a stream akin to niagra falls, it's really not a problem.

  • I think if you feel comfortable wearing a 2 piece then go for it! I did when I was pregnant with my first- he was born in July. This time (#3) I will be wearing a one piece for sure.. There are some adorable vintage style swim suits I'm eyeballing ;)
  • At the beach as I type :) rocking a bikini, but I did have to buy a bigger too to accommodate my boobs. I was unsure if I would feel comfortable but I do!
  • I live in Miami and everyone here wears bikinis or less. I have no problem rocking a bikini 9 months pregnant.

I've seen pregnant women wearing thongs to the beach with zero shame!
I was just in Hawaii for my babymoon and I saw so many pregnant women in itsy bitsy bikinis. It actually made me feel great and I rocked mine everyday! I even wore a cheeky bottom ;)

OMGGGG you're going to New Zealand!!!! I went there for my honeymoon and that trip was life changing! It's so gorgeous there and the people are incredibly friendly. Have a blast girly!!!
  • Going to Mexico this weekend and will be rocking the bare bump. Don't know anyone there!
  • Leaving for Jamaica for baby moon on two weeks! You'll catch me in a bikini or nude beach lol
  • Our baby boy is due June 7th so no bikini needed this time.
  • Bikinis are nice on prego bumps.
  • I live in Wisconsin and sometimes it's not even hot until July. And last summer sucked so I didn't even wear my swim suit once. Maybe I'd rock one if I haven't already gained 25 pounds. Who knows how much I'll weigh then ugh
  • Bikini and sarong for me!
