Just curious because I have a couple friends who found out early and I kind want to do the same thing because it's so exciting! I would just hope they have the gender of my baby correct if I found out early lol
I can't decide! I found out with my daughter, and it was fun picking out clothes, painting her room, and preparing for her. But I know what id like to have, and I'm afraid I'll be disappointed if it's not what I want, which will make me feel guilty and awful. If we do find out, we are going to ask the ultra sound tech to write it on a paper and fold it up, then we are going to give it to a baker and ask them to dye the batter either blue or pink on a cake and ice it well enough so we can't see. So we can have a gender reveal party and cut into the cake and be as surprised as everyone else.
I want to find out right away, and doc says we'll be able to tell at my 14-week ultrasound so I can wait for a few more weeks. I'm so excited to know!!
I will know in 2 weeks which will be 12 weeks for me..I'm getting the blood test for Downs next week and she said I can find out. She didn't call it the verify or harmony test though.....bring on the news!!!
I want to know soooo bad... I want to go shopping!!!!!!!... the sooner I know the better ... I am gojng for my 13 week ultrasound today and of the tech I get is nice I am going to ask if she has an opinion... even though I know it is too early to be sure.
I had my 12 week appointment today, and she said she MIGHT be able to see it next month if the baby cooperates so I'm really hoping baby is cooperative!!! I want to paint and decorate the baby's room
We waited until 20 w with our first, went at 15 weeks to an u/s place to find out with our second and my DH is already getting excited to find out at 9w 4d...he swears it's a girl (as does anyone who knows) I think it's a boy bc it's giving me so much trouble! Lol
Awe all you ladies are making me excited! I want too see if they will let me! One of my friends dis at 16 weeks and it was definitely a girl!!! It sounds pretty rare to get the gender wrong.

I did the blood draw last week!! The wait is killing my husband more than me! If Ramzi is correct, it's a boy. If the Chinese Gender is correct, it's a boy... one week til results! Sharing the news with social media/friends next Tuesday at 14 weeks. We shall see!
I am just so excited to have a baby in general I almost don't care to find out until whenever LOL I'm still like...in less than 6 months I'll be a Mommy?!?!?! YAY!!!!!!!
I'm super excited NOT to find out! It's our first and we're looking forward to the surprise the day of the birth Nursery is already painted a neutral grey and we're doing a gender-neutral elephant theme (and I can always add some pops of girl/boy colors after the baby is born). Everyone, including me, is convinced it's a boy ... so we'll all be shocked if it's a girl! I'll be thrilled with either!
I'm 13 weeks 5 days and will find out tomorrow. We did the harmony test for the genetics screening. I've had the results all weeks but we are having a gender reveal party tomorrow. It's been tough not opening the envelope all week! It's nice knowing that the results are super accurate since it's a blood test.
I have thought about doing the 3d scan my office offers any time after 16 weeks. I have never tried to find out before 20 weeks but it seems like 90 percent of the girls on here already know what their having which is making me very impatient! Lol But the 3d scan that is offered any time after 16 weeks is only like a sneak peek one where you don't get any 3d pictures so I think I might just wait to do the 3d one until 26 weeks where it's a longer look with 3d pictures and everything. I'm just being very impatient because I want to start buying stuff and I am definitely jealous of all the ladies who know
I just scheduled my gender check ultrasound for 3/12 & I'll be 15wks 1 day!! Soooooo excited & can't wait!! Hoping baby cooperates & tech can tell what it is!!
@Truth7788 have you looked into removable wallpaper? My husband and I are renting as well and I thought it was a possible solution so that we could still give the baby's room some personality while still obeying our landlord.
Re: Is there any September Mommy's wanting to find out the sex of their baby early? :)
From the dna testing. But the husband doesn't want to know till our unltrasound.
We are having a Boy
