I think you can ask for them to find an affiliate... and the sign up asked for parents names but didn't necessarily say the signer-upper had to be the parents...I think.

I thought this too. My parents live in TN so I knew about it, but didn't realize it was a national thing. I'm going to check it out, because that's fantastic. One of the big reasons I love Dolly. ?
