Hi All
I have a really stupid question about this...it says to mix cereal with milk but I'm on a schedule of pumping already and don't pump at night and that's when I want to begin feeding my LO cereal. How do you all begin introducing cereal with breastmilk combined? And how do you know how many feedings to give your LO If you breastfeed on demand up to this point? So overwhelmed!

I have read that you start with one feeding a day (at night) for about a week or two and then you can add a morning feeding. I have also read to make the cereal with a good amount of Breast milk so you have a more liquid consistency and then gradually make it more thick as time goes on.
I nurse around 5 then feed around 6 then bath then nurse before bed.
Have fun and video tape!
