Hi! I've lurked off and on from the beginning, but I'm happy to finally introduce myself.
LO's name: Zoe
LO's birthdate: 4/16/14
Your latest baby purchase: Clothes. I love buying baby girl clothes!
LO's favorite food: Can I say just about everything? There's only been 2 foods she's tried and didn't like: green beans and mangoes. I guess if I had to pick a favorite, it would probably be bananas.
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: I measured big the last two months of pregnancy, so my doctor worried Zoe would be close to 10lbs full-term. As a result, she suggested induction. We checked into the hospital on 4/15/14, started the induction process the next morning and after 16 hours of labor, due to heart decelerations, my doctor decided to do a c-section. Zoe only ended up weighing 7lbs 10oz!
And a picture of your LO! Here's a picture of Zoe from yesterday. She's a very smiley baby, but she refuses to smile for pictures 99% of the time!
Name: Norah Dob: 4/4 I bought her some random stuff today, food. A sippy cup she may like.
She's still not super into solids. Hated all purée food. I let her feed herself a couple times a day and she usually looks at me like I've betrayed her.
She was a csection because she was breach but came early anyway!
So I think I may have posted just a handful of times very early on but it's been awhile! I feel a little bit like an imposter since the girls were born in March though their due date was April. I never felt like I belonged with the Marchies!
LO's name: Felicity and Lucy
LO's birthdate: 3/29
Your latest baby purchase: Formula. My boobs can't handle pumping for 2 anymore!
LO's favorite food: anything and everything! Especially Lucy! She's a machine!
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: I was scheduled to be induced on 4/1 (37 weeks) because the girls were sharing a placenta but then my water broke 3/29 which is funny because I have twin nephews born on the same day a year before the girls!!
I've been here a long time. Always lurking. But I'd like to make more of an effort to participate!
LO name: Brianna
Birthday: 4/7
Last purchase was yesterday at Target. I bought some more hair clips for her cause her hair is getting so long and goes in her eyes, but I haven't wanted to cut it yet.
Favorite Food: eating solids is still a slow process but she seems to enjoy the crunchies and sucking on fruit like watermelon and honeydew. Still dislikes mostly everything else including purees.
Birth story tidbit: she was a week late and we were going to be induced a day later but labor kicked in naturally and I had a med free birth like I wanted.
No idea how to post from mobile so we are picture less for now.
Your latest baby purchase: 2 pack of Carter's pjs with owls on them
LO's favorite food: sweet potatoes or blueberry puffs
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: induced 4 days after due date, had epidural (which kept wearing off), labor short and sweet (12 hours). I like to think the easy birth was the universe's way of repaying me for 2 crappy years of fertility treatments.
And a picture of your LO! Here is Sophie on the day she turned 9 months!
I'll go. I've also lurked since the start LOs name:Riley LOs birthday: 4/9 Latest baby purchase: new jammies Favorite food: she looooves puffs. Also a fan of bananas, carrots and apples Tidbit from your birth story: water broke at 4am. Pit was started but her heart rate dropped and wouldn't stabilize so 20 minutes later I was in surgery and she was born via emergency c-section. Sorry if the spacing is off. I'm mobile and have no idea what I'm doing!

You're not an imposter! My girls came early in March, too
LOs name:Henley (girl) LOs birthday: 4/4 Latest baby purchase: I'm pretty sure this was either wipes or diapers. Favorite food: Another big fan of the puffs (fruit and veggie flavored), pasta, waffles, and Dr. Praegers veggie patties Tidbit from your birth story: It hurt.
I love all the hair on these cute babies! My LO is a total baldy (to match his daddy, haha). I love his little bald head, but it'll be fun to see what he looks like with hair one of these days (or years--I was bald til after 2).
I think I was lurking from mid-pregnancy when I realized that the app was not just the baby fruit. I've recently been more active.
LO's name: I'm a little weird about privacy, so I think I'll leave it for now. But, I have an a14 little boy and an almost 3 year old girl
DOB: 13/04
Most recent purchase: a Beco carrier. I should probably start using it.
Favourite food: ALL. THE. FOOD. But he prefers if he's feeding himself and freaks out if we're not fast enough getting it to him. He says num num num the whole time he's eating and throws his head back and squeals in delight quite regularly.
Birth tidbit: Two days before going into labour I had an OB appt - I was 5cm dilated and 50% effaced. She said "How are you even walking around?". I had a textbook 12 hour labour, with an epi at 8cm and 10 mins of pushing. The docs/nurses were very proud of themselves!
Something I don't often share is that 10 mins after birth, my LO stopped breathing. The delivery room had cleared out, so we had to track someone down. He had to be resucitated. They were preparing the paddles when he finally started breathing. Scariest moment of my life for sure and I'm very grateful to have him.

Wow, that sounds absolutely terrifying. I'm so sorry this happened, but I'm glad he's ok.

Hi everyone! I posted a few times when I first had my baby but mainly lurk, hope to start participating more!
Name: Delaney Grace
Birthdate: 5/6
Latest purchase: probably baby good nothing too exciting
Favorite food: sweet potatoes
Birth story: I was induced a week after my due date went into labor super fast like 2 hours and started pushing after about 5 hours, pushed for 2.5 hours and ended up with a c- section turns out she was "sunny side up" or face forward. After she was born she has a brief stay in the NICU because of low blood sugar and infection. She is doing great now!
@BADASBKRCK@lisabugg444 Thanks very much It was definitely scary, but everything seems fine. There was a little concern about the fact that he'd been without oxygen for a while, but he is meeting all his milestones just fine.
Birth tidbit: they called it prodromal labor, finally got admitted to l&d after three attempts over 24 hours. I was admitted at 3 pm on a Tuesday. He was sunny side up so I had back labor. Lots of pitocin, a heavy epidural-which finally let me sleep a little overnight, pushed for 4 hours, lots of poop on the table. Didn't have anything left so they did a c-section and he was out at 4:11 pm the next day.
I don't have any clue how to post a pic on mobile.
I will play. Been lurking since the beginning but have not posted as most threads are dead by the time I get to read them.
LO's name: Logan
LO's birthdate: 4/2
Your latest baby purchase: Food
LO's favorite food: He will eat anything and everything. But loves pears and bananas
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: I went to the doctor 4/1 (my due date) for my regular appointment and had a non-stress test. LO had some decelerations so the doctor sent me to the hospital to be induced. Induction started at noon and got an epi at 11 pm so I could try to get some sleep. LO stared to have more decelerations so they stopped the Pitocin until he stabilized again. Pitocin was started back up and the decelerations started again so the doctor decided a C-section would be best. Turns out LO had the cord wrapped around his neck twice.

Our birthstories are so similar! Glad our little guys made it here safely, and both on 4/2!
Old timer/semi-regular here.

Your latest baby purchase: magnet locking system and Burts Bees diaper cream
LO's favorite food: Shredded meats, clementines, hard boiled eggs...she really eats almost anything.
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: contractions started at 4:00 am. With every one I pooped and my water broke in little bits (didn't poop during delivery because of this!). Hospital by 7am, epidural at 11am. Watched HGTV till 4, and they said I'd need to start pushing at 4:40. I said I'd have her out within an hour, and she was born at 5:36pm. Woop woop. 2nd degree tear and recovery sucked big time but we went home the next eve.
And a picture of your LO!
Lol, that's a lot of pooping! I remember watching The Voice while waiting for my induction to start. They did it overnight at my hospital. I checked in at 8 and LO was born around 10:30 the next morning.

LO's birthdate: 4/13
Your latest baby purchase: Sippy Cups
LO's favorite food: Everything! He gets upset every time he sees us eating and aren't sharing with him.
A tidbit from your baby's birth story: Wanted to go natural without an epi. Got to the hospital at 11 pm and managed contractions until 8 cm. I stayed at 8 cm for over 6 hours and finally gave in to an epi at about 7 pm the next day. Right after the epi I was complete but his heart rate dropped and we couldn't get it back up. Had to get on all fours to finally get it back to normal. Very close to emergency c section. Pushed for about an hour an he was born at 8:07 PM
And a picture of your LO! - weird about pictures but he has blue eyes and light brown hair. Looks alot like my DH. He's about 29 inches currently and 19 lbs. Has 8 teeth!
