Vicks Vapor Rub to relieve clog??

Last post..I promise!! I read that vapor rub can help clear up a clog. Has anyone else heard this or tried it??

Try warm compresses and hot showers with massage and compression, followed by pumping, BFing, and/or hand expressing.  If you can get your milk to let-down, then latch LO, that would be ideal.  Use breast compressions while LO is latched to keep him actively sucking.  Look at kellymom.com for how to relieve plugged duct.  You need to get this cleared quickly to prevent mastitis.
