have been insane! So DH and I went to the OSU/Oregon game in DFW. Left 3am monday and got back at 11pm last night.
TSA was a pain in the ass on the way back. Full pat down, hand and bag swab etc, but I didn't have to discard any of my milk, so obviously worth it and I honestly fully expected it.
Ladies- I pumped in a cab, at first aid (att stadium) in my seat at the stadium (luckily we were the top row, so no one noticed and I had my cover) on 2 flights (again luckily dh and I were the only ones in the row)
I can officially say I don't care what people think lol. I had 40+ ounces with me and I thank god for my Medela battery pack.
PSA- I found a clearanced oversized cooler bag at target for $10 and it fit the motor, cooler bag, parts, wipes, and cover. And the extra insulation from the bag itself kept everything cool with ice packs.
It was an awesome experience, pumping and all
Re: Pumping rockstar right here! The last 48 hours
Way to go Momma! I am so jealous you got to a game, DH and I have gone to a Penn State game every year since we have known each other, but opted out this year because of LO. If you pumped in your seats for god sake I should've gone to a game!!!!
This is usually me...
first son stillborn 7/20/13 at 39 weeks due to Acute Fatty Liver of Pregnancy
It's a girl! Baby Anna was born August 3, 2014!
That said it's my third, I'm not shy, I've been to Mardi Gras
I have now pumped at OSU, Cleveland stadium, ATT stadium with no apprehensions and no problems. If your seats aren't last row, just head to first aid. Each location was SUPER accommodating and the emt's extremely nice.
