I'll start, I'm not on the brownie brittle love train (sorry for the food confession @cagoldi.) I tried it multiple times, but I just can't fall in love with dry brownie pieces.

My fffc: a high school friend posted a picture on FB this morning of her LO that would cause our lovely goldi to set her straight for safety's sake. This particular friend is pretty argumentative on a good day, forget it if you mess with her kids. My confession, I can't bring myself to point out the obvious (puffy crib bumpers) and feel guilty but just can't do it. It's really bugging me.

I feel like I would flip the fuck out if A had a teacher that was taking and sending pictures of him for any reason or purpose of which I was not aware nor had given permission. Especially if that purpose is laughing about his behavior. How old are these kids? Old enough that any behavioral problems would have already been detected and addressed?

If there is any possibility they could be SN that really disturbs me.

Oh, they are. I figured for my purposes that didn't matter, so I didn't bring it up, but they are.

No fucking way. That's just vicious. These kids aren't misbehaving! They don't even have the capacity to understand they could behave differently.

I had NO problem except with TWO women who CONTINUOUSLY take my words out of context and start crap because I didn't ever agree with them. I didn't post anything about my personal about my students.

I don't think you saying you cannot stand one of your students to a public forum can be taken very far out of context.

Honestly, I'm crying. The thought that my DS cousin or A could have a teacher that would do this is so troubling.

I've seen a lot of fucked up shit on TB, but this is seriously one of the most heartless, depraved things I've ever read.

Even our LO's can be exhausting and difficult at times, but only DH and I are ones that get to be exaspterated by our LO's.

DC teachers, teachers, aides... this is your job to keep you cool and always remain professional around these children. I don't feel like that was being done with you, @uncgirl6885.

That's my opinion.

I'm in camp, give newbs a chance. I'm the first to admit that there are people on this board who I really didn't like at all when we all first started posting, and who I've had a complete 180 on.

That being said, it's hard to come back from confessing that you've grossly violated your students' privacy and position of trust as a teacher....

They are my exception.

Also, I didn't say I don't LIKE new people, I just get a little...

My students (adult learners) make me angry on a daily basis. I never even mention in a Facebook status what my feelings are about them or about work because, well, you never know who can see things. Sure, I have privacy settings but...the internet is the internet.

Also...Snapchat does store memory in your phone. Not sure if WE can ever access the contents again, but for all we know? Big Brother might.
