I'm sorry but your second wtf doesn't really jive with me. What if she was there for her own D&C? What if she couldn't afford non-essential child care because of expensive RE visits? I can only imagine the pain you are going through right now and I understand how seeing those children would be a harsh reminder, but I still don't think she should be slammed for bringing her kids with her to the doctors. I will say though that it was considerate of you to ask for a different space for you vs bringing it up to her. My thoughts are with you on your TTC journey though. I totally respect that and I'm sure I'm overly sensitive today. I highly doubt she was also there for a d&c bc you can't have kids in the surgical suite with you. I feel like I would rather cancel my appointment than bring babies into that place, but that's just my own opinion being AL. Normally I'm totally cool with all the babies but going into that place leaves me a little sad, especially today. That's why it was my WTF today. Hope I didn't offend anyone.

I can see how that place would definitely not make you feel all warm and fuzzy. I can imagine it's definitely a hard situation to a) be in and b) navigate on the other end (case and point the views brought up by the article someone posted the other day and thought-provoking comments afterwards.) I'm sorry you had a crappy day

It's not awesome but at least I'm somewhere good. I like the office and the docs.

I totally agree. She flat out asked me about TTC during those months and probably should not have responded.

Thanks @SpartanChick88‌ I need to make an appointment with my dermatologist I guess? I mentioned it at my last annual dr visit, they tested my thyroid which came back normal but it's gotten worse so I definitely need to see a dr about it.

Maybe the original post was just written wrong, but your SIL does know that TTC during November and December does not equal a baby being born the following year during November and December, right?

Overanalyzing. Like @GoBigOrGoGnome said, implantation doesn't occur until 7-10DPO. Sore nips happen after ovulation and can last for a few days. Mine usually stay sore from 1DPO until 5-7DPO.

@annalewis2013 Implantation occurs around 7-10dpo so no, if you are actually 5dpo, any symptoms you have are unrelated to pregnancy. Do you confirm ovulation with temping?

GoBigOrGoGnome This is my first month temping so I am new to this. It said I ovulated on the 2nd but I haven't been temping at the exact time every morning and after reading FF, I realized that could alter results. It also said that I ovulated on the 3rd on my period tracker app (which I had before FF) but I saw some of the members here say that app was inaccurate also so I'm not sure. I am definitely overanalyzing.

@annalewis2013 Can you link your chart? As long as you get at least 3 hours of sleep, you should be able to see a shift in your temperature. If you're having trouble seeing a shift, you can try temping vaginally next cycle as you tend to get steadier temps. And unless you have always have a 28 day cycle and always O on day 14 (I would put money on it that you don't) then a period tracker app would be useless to you for determining when you O.

I don't have a 28 day cycle and I haven't been charting CM along with temps so I feel like this cycle might not be very accurate for several reasons! I plan on being much more consistent and thorough next cycle. It has been a learning process.
