*surfacing lurker* I work as a Laboratory Technologist. So I am lucky enough to test & process blood, urine, and poop (and other bodily fluids) all during my "morning" sickness. Ha. Luckily I don't have to plate stuff for the micro department anymore...
Another surfacing lurker... I am a sahm now but I was a special effects makeup artist and assistant director in the film industry for over 10 years. Now I do freelance makeup while living in a hamlet of 300 people way up north.
@LostinUtopia I'm a medical lab technician. I currently work in microbiology and blood bank, but am switching over to just blood bank come January.

I'm the office manager of a construction company. I love my job every day is something different and the environment and my boss are amazing, lots of laughs.
I started out of college and was the first office person ever to work here so I've got to pretty much build my own system of how things go!
I'm a nanny for 2 boys. During the school year I don't have to receive the boys off the bus until 3 but sometimes I have to be there earlier to run errands for the mom. The family only lives 12 mins away. Needless to say I have a lot of free time to spud on the couch between my studying for my online classes of which I only have 1 left to complete my bachelors.
I train horses (though that is going to be on hold for a while), teach riding lessons, and I am also a consultant with L'BRI Pure n' Natural (which is a Godsend since I can't be riding too many horses). I also sell artwork on the side.
Professional school counselor. Formerly high school (which I miss) and now currently middle school (which drains me-ha). I hope to be a SAHM after LO arrives
I've been a SAHM for 2 years now. I am a licensed social worker otherwise. And have worked in international and domestic adoption and with case management at a legal aid office.
Full time I work as a Medical Billing Lead at a Respiratory & Rehab equipment company, and I'm also a certified coder. And then part time I do photography on the side...mostly because I got a degree in it....and I really only got a degree in it because I couldn't possibly go to school and take classes for something like healthcare administration without dying of sheer boredom
DH is a store manager at Gamestop. Hooray for retail during the holidays...

I'm in marketing. Went to school for meteorology, and did a stint doing research, but that was boring. So now I work for a company who manufactures sensors to measure atmospheric conditions so I can use my degree while doing more fun things

@RissaSorenson my hubby used to break Walking Horse colts for a living. What type of horses do you work with?
First came love, then came marriage - Oct 31, 09 Then came a miscarriage March '11 Then came a baby in the baby carriage May 16, 12
I work for a large cellphone company doing call centre work and also training. Not my dream job but it's comfortable and safe. One day might go for what I really want to do
I teach two kids school at home and am working on my CPM. Trusting your body to do what it is built to do in birth and doing it at home is a breathtaking event and so empowering.:)
Re: GTKY: What do you do all day anyway?
I'm also a Wellness Advocate for dōTERRA essential oils.
