I think DH is pissed off because he asked what he could do and I said what's for dinner? Then he replied with what should I make? So I told him helping is not asking me what's for dinner after I ask him. It's figuring it out by himself. What makes men incapable of making a decision? It drives me crazy sometimes!

This is true. I think I'm having a hard time processing everything, and my poor brain got hung up on that one part. His older boys are Gabriel and Rafael, and they use normal nicknames for them, but I just want to know what the hell kind of drugs they were on when they came up with this! Lots of the family has already chimed in that they refuse to call the poor boy either of those names and will refer to him by his middle name (James). Neither family is religious (his or hers), but everyone is disgusted with their decision. I'm hoping that he'll post soon that the whole thing is a prank and the kid's name is Michael or something else to stick with their theme.
Do you think Luke can be a NN for Lucifer? I'm normally one to say just let the parents pick the name, but this is pretty sucky.

I have no idea how it's all going to play out. His sister suggested Luke as a better nickname too. So far, other than the inital post, neither of the parents have said anything else. And, honestly, they live out in the middle of nowhere Saskatchewan so it's entirely likely that all I ever know about the kid will come from FB.

This sounds like a possibility. I mean, my scale has been consistently 10+ lbs off since I bought it.
Is there a way to tell if it's off? I went to the doc two weeks ago and it said I weighed the same as my home scale. I have no idea how I could have gained 3lbs since Sat.
Are you wearing different clothes? Did you poop recently? Shower this morning? What did you eat today? Your weight will naturally vary by about 2lbs in either direction day to day, and it matters what time you weigh yourself too. Experts recommend weighing yourself once a week. Same day, immediately upon waking (but after using the restroom), naked. That gets you the most accurate, consistent weight.

I try not to take a little fluctuation seriously... the 2lb flux is common. I find if I am up like that I likely drop by the next morning or so. Also large amounts of sodium could make you bloat. I will NOT weigh myself after eating something like chinese for a few days

And there are other restaurants within a few miles that are pretty good: vegetarian Vietnamese, middle eastern bakery; fresh healthy fast food ish places a few miles away, etc."

I drive a tiny car too, and we have to fit the stroller, bassinet, christmas presents, and our bags in there. The stroller takes up 70% of my trunk. :-<

So I dont know if you guys remember one of my Monday Bitchfests from long ago, but I let SIL use our Netflix once to watch a movie she wanted to see. I gave her our info so she could watch this movie at her house. This was probably 2 years ago. Well she's continued to use our Netflix ever since. It drives me ape shit because she never asked. It costs like $8 a month, yet she continues to use ours. This really makes me ragey because she was talking about this bank account she has with a bunch of money set aside for fun things like going to beer fests and stuff. Yet she wont get her own Netflix. Anyway, today I got into Netflix and she made her own fucking profile on our account. So when I log in I have to choose ours or hers. Wtf!? ALL THE RAGE.

Night time is a night mare lately. I think one night of being off "schedule" really screwed up DDs night time routine. My mom watched her at her house this past Friday and ever since it had been world war 4 to get DD to sleep before midnight. We usually start the process whenever she appears to get drowsy after 8, but my mom let her stay up til nearly midnight when she watched her.

At this point I don't even feel like it is worth it to try and get her back to where she was because we are visiting my Inlaws for Xmas and I am sure her "bed time" will be all over the charts.

Have you tried just the D-Vi-Sol? Thats strictly Vitamin D and not all the other stuff and iron. It might help?

I haven't thought of that! Our pedi told us to do vitamin d drops, so we just did it. How much would I need to take for it to be transferred to him?

If you take 2000-4000IU per day, baby will get the recommended amount through your milk. I take 5000IU per day because I'm somewhat VitD deficient.

I keep having the same nightmare about taking a pregnancy test and it being positive, and then I cry and panic about losing my milk supply because I'm pregnant, and I wake up freaking out. After last night I actually considered a run to Walmart for a test to put my mind at ease. Ugh!

I'm back. Haven't had a chance to bump since earlier today. Thanks to everyone who offered advice and support about my weight meltdown. I know in the grand scheme of things, a fluctuation of 3lbs isn't a big deal. Just hate to see that damn number going up when I've been so dilligent about what I'm eating.

@keelyd‌ I'm so glad your H is home and agreeing to do AA. Good for him and hope he keeps it up.

I am going to TP DH. He plays an online video game with other people sometimes (I fucking hate it). He asked me tonight if he could do something with a group that began at 8:30. I told him it was fine. He then decided to play from after dinner till his thing at 8:30 (grrr). Then when I asked him at 10:00 when it was going to be done he said not much longer. All the while Noah is struggling with sleep, I'm having to get him calmed down all on my own, etc. He finally finished about 10 min ago, comes into the bedroom (I'm still trying to get Noah to sleep) and lays down in bed!!!!

If your doing squats and lunges you might be building some muscle. I know I have absolutely no muscle mass left after my pregnancy so I have a feeling I'll be gaining while I'm losing. I can't get a minute to do cardio esp in this shitty weather so I'm just trying to eat a little better right now.
