I'm a mechanic, but because I am pregnant I can't be in the shop much breathing all that in so now I am a service consultant for MINI/BMW . I love it but it's extremely difficult handling stress now. I normally deal with complaining clients but now with raging hormones I want to rip their faces off.
I'm an events planner/coordinator (weddings, private parties, corporate events....) I work alllllll over. Definitely will be slowing down the business in the near future, the bf makes ridiculous money so not worried if I become a SAHM
I have a MS in Marine Biology/Coastal Science, but am working for the Govt doing budget formulation...essentially translating science for Congress to get my agency funding.
Currently SAHM. Previously managed in luxury fashion (high end Skincare, cosmetics and accessories). Studied to be a high school teacher but hated the classroom setting.
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
I left my job in marketing/large event management about a year ago because of crazy hours, I've been a SAHW since. I've been trying to find something part time or, ideally, to work from home to keep me busy and earn a little bit of money. Now that baby is on the way though, we'll see!
I sell mattresses but will be a SAHM in about 8 months. great side benefit of having a tempurpedic on an adjustable base that I'm sure will be much appreciated later in pregnancy. Right now I sleep on my stomach and that's not going to be possible Ina couple more months! Downside: I'm so exhausted and I work in a room full of beds! Mattress mattress everywhere and not a nap to take. Lol
I'm an X-ray Technologist trained in interventional cardiology and radiology. That pretty much means, if you have a heart attack I'm the first to see you and save your life.
I'm an Area Business Coordinator for a company that sells pizza and ice cream. Love my job and company, but it can be high stress. Free pizza and ice cream is awesome if you don't end up having gestational diabetes! I had it last go around.
I'm also a sonographer! I love my job, however I work with a lot of very smelly patients with gangrenous extremities and that is really not working out well with my pregnant nose right now!
I ran a government contract company prior to my first, and quit to be a SAHM. Had a full year off and then got a lot of calls from the company. I've helped them out several times while they needed an interim and I was able to work from home. (Freaking hard with a toddler!) Officially quit working indefinitely this summer to start trying for #2. I love being a full on stay at home mom! Long days and lots to do but I really enjoy it!
I'm a postdoctoral fellow in primary care mental health integration. (In other words, when my fellowship ends in August, I have to get a grown up psychologist job.)
Survey statistician, that actually does very little math, for the federal government. I'm more like a project manager/training writer/coordinator off allthethings.
Nurse... full time at a urologist office, casual at the hospital as well as the retirement center....thinking I may need to slow down sometime soon ....lol
High school history teacher. I just finished grad school in the spring and I am not planning on going back to school. However I do really love my job and financially my income is essential so I will continue teaching after the arrival of our LO.
I'm a news producer for a television network. It's exciting, and I love it! (although I'm very intrigued by the gourmet chocolatier profession mentioned earlier...yum!!)
Re: Hey! What's your job?...
Is that bad?

But really I'm an engineer.

I couldn't of asked for a better job while I'm pregnant. I spend most my time pushing paperwork or hanging out playing games with the patients.
