I have been thinking about the name Naima Amaris for a girl and Michael Angelo for a boy. He wants another Junior but he had one with the first Wife....smh

I love the name naima ever since that season of America's next top Model. Naima was the best!

He wants to name a son the same name another son already has?!? That would cross that name off the list for sure!

Yeah you don't want junior #1 to feel like he's been replaced. Tell your dude to think about it from the kid's perspective.
@Mterr11 holy moly, my DS is also Arlington. We had the intention of using Arlie most of the time, but it never stuck. So crazy to know there's another Arlington out there! That's definitely not a name you hear everyday. How old is your DS, and where did you come up with Arlington? I love it!
That's crazy! He is 18 months. It's actually my husbands first name and his grandfathers name. Actually a lot of people in his family have been named Arlington and gone by various nicknames. That was one of the first things I noticed about my husband when I met him...his awesome name! I've always known we would name our son that if we had a boy. Really the only reason we call him Arlie is so we don't get confused between him and daddy haha otherwise I would just call him Arlington.
Laurel Katherine for a girl and Rowan Paul for a boy. We're pretty solid on those but we're going to be Team Green until the birth so we won't know which name for sure until we see the parts
DH is letting me have pretty much free reign with names so I'm planning on keeping to his family tradition of having two middle names. So far our choices vary a little bit by the week, but I wanted a name that reminds us of home (Pacific Northwest) included since we travel extensively with the Army (he's a lifer) and we both can't wait to retire and go back home. Disclaimer: I guess I'm a pretty big hipster/odd name fan too. Nothing bizarre or misspelled, but hopefully not commonplace and overly popular. SOOO.... it currently stands at:

Jaxen Evert Gray or Nikolas Evert Orion.
Funny, we're in the PNW too and looking at Gray as a middle name, but because it was my grandma's nickname.

I don't have many ideas for girl names. I kind of like Tamzin, but hate the nicknake Tammy. I thought Vidia was cute pronounced Vid-E-aH or Hailey
I like uncommon names, but lately I think they are becoming more common. I have a list of boy names, Dad is thinking on them. Middle name will be Michael.
Reign or Rainn Phineas Fin Gage Emmerson Zane
I have plenty of time and will most likely change my mind 100 more times until baby is born.
