Embarrassing but

Is anyone out there experiencing leaky urine already? I am almost 19 weeks and have really starting seeing an issue with it this week. It isn't gushy and I am 100% sure it is urine. If I sit in certain positions, I will feel a leak - and sometimes I don't feel them but notice when I go to the restroom. I have had a lot of bladder pressure my whole pregnancy (enough to make me think I sometimes I had a UTI). Everyone tells me (I haven't discussed with doc yet) that you usually don't have these problems until 3rd trimester - is anyone out there going through what I am? I feel bad about it and am hoping I am not the only one.

I've never heard of 'leaky urine"
I didn't even know that was possible, could it be CM?

Yes, but then again I've had problems with my bladder for years due to previous surgery. But definitely increased by pregnancy. Slap on a panty liner and rock it. It's only temporary.

I have always had frequency issues my whole life but never had it looked into (I think it is my normal) but if this is temporary I can deal with it.

Ahhh. thanks. I am pretty sure it's not CM either. It's one of those feelings (if you feel it) that you know what it is when it happens...

I actually full out peed my pants last week when I was puking in the toilet (stinkin morning sickness still hasn't subsided). And when I have to go to the washroom I can't hold it for long. Not looking forward to the 3rd trimester.

I haven't done that yet, but i fear it could happen. I am going to look into using panty liners or the micro liners mentioned above...but i just feel so embarrassed. But hey, we can be a little support group for each other. I am glad this is all for something worthwhile though.

I've read that doing Kegels exercises can help with this (and with labor in general)....
