help please!

Hi Ladies! So, for the past 5 days or so, I have had some serious diarrhea. I'm going to the bathroom 3 times a day with heavy diarrhea. Its not a virus because I have no nasuea or any other symptoms. I also have pretty bad lower back cramps throughout the day (they come and go). Should I be concerned? Does anyone think this might be a sign of preterm labor? Thanks!

    Well I'm out of town (going home Wednesday) so I didn't want to make a big deal about nothing and have to go to doctors I don't know in a different state. But now I'm getting kinda worried lol

    I would say to call your doctor. Google recommends to drink sips of water, sports drinks and to eat bland foods such as crackers, bananas, potatoes and toast. You need to replace your sodium and fluids. Good luck!

    Call your doctors after hour line. They will have really good advice for you and you won't need to go into the ER or out of state doctor office unless they think it's an emergency.

    Drink some Gatorade to keep your electrolytes up.

    I was already planning on calling my doctor. I just wanted to know if anyone else had experienced the same thing and what happened with it. That's all.
