    I just feel so burned out and alone on anything.

    Day one of us trying to cut back is today. What does he do doesn't take the papers with him today so he can cancel some things we don't need.

    I'm alone in this. He doesn't care I need to quit because I can't keep working like this. With our money situation I'm going to have to keep working until February and he just won't help me by cutting back.

    Morning ladies @racheltherose‌ glad your dad's surgery went well.......... TGIF although I work Saturdays as well headed to work in a bit then off to a night out with the girls!!!!!!! Just a little complaining why does my body decide to wake up 2 hours before my alarm........I just wanted to sleep

    I'm back to work today hoping that the worst of my sinus pain is gone. I'm jacked up on Tylenol so I'm not sure yet. Usually the pain comes through anyway so this is a good sign.

    DD has really started doing some independent play time this week. It's been amazing!

    Happy Friday, ladies! There is a bad cold working it's way through our family. It started with DH but didn't seem too bad. Then, DD1 got it. It seemed to hit her a little harder and she is still fighting it off almost a week later. Now, DD2 has it and she is pitiful. Any illness we all get always seems to be worst for her. Poor baby.

    I have her all dosed up on Hyland's cough & cold, Tylenol (for fever) and sucking on a throat pop (for sore throat). I think we will be staying close to home today.

    DD2 is participating in her first kid's race tomorrow morning and then will be with her school in our town's Christmas parade. It will be an early and busy morning so I'm really hoping we can get DD2 on the mend.

    I'm exhausted.  Addie had a rough night of sleep and I was up a bunch listening for her, and then she woke up for good at 6:30.  Today is supposed to be my day to get a big project done that's due Sunday but I really think that when A goes down for a nap I'll be napping too. 

    I was very grateful for DH this morning.  I brought Adeline downstairs to watch Elmo after she woke up and he came down, gave me a shoulder massage, made us all breakfast, and made me coffee even though he doesn't drink it!

    Ugh... I'm sitting in the lab 1 1/2 hours into my 3 hr glucose test. Haven't thrown up yet but still feeling like I might. So grateful for random stuff to read from you ladies!

    Good morning. Sounds like everyone has a ton going on today between sucky job situations, play dates, sick kids, furniture shopping...

    DH got the big fat NO to being released today. He has not improved enough yet to go home. My mom is driving here to hang out with me today. The hospital is only about 2.5 hours from her (5 hours from us). I'm looking forward to seeing her and hoping she'll force me to relax a little more today (also, actually eating today would be a good goal).

    Hellooooooo ladies!

    Another night of crappy sleep here. My dog was snoring this weird high pitched snore and I swear it sounded like DS calling "moooommmma" every 10 seconds (it wasn't, I checked - then poked my dog).

    @PeaceofKia I sat on that couch at our Big Lots a few weeks ago - SUPER comfortable!

    Sip on some water! I through up the first time I tried doing the 3 hour test. Sip on some water and just sit. Don't get up and walk around just sit.

    Normal day of work for me.  I leave a little early today for an eyebrow wax appointment, but otherwise a normal day.  DH and I are going to a couples Painting with a Twist tonight with a few other friends.  I'm happy to go, but know I am going to be exhausted. But I can sleep in tomorrow.

    Hope everyone gets some sleep and feels better this weekend.

    I am debating on whether or not to go to a christmas parade tomorrow morning. 
    Pros:
    1. it is within a walkable distance (so not much travel time or cost)
    2. it will be the first christmas doing of the season for H and I - and get us in the mood to decorate and get our tree.
    3. it is a children's parade - put on by the children's hospital. which could be really cool or could not be

    Cons:
    1. it is at 10:30 and that is almost too early for me to wake up (especially with this cold), make and eat breakfast, and take the dog out, etc. (no judging!)
    2. Plus, we have a lot of other stuff on our to do list for the weekend and I'm not sure I want to tack on one more thing. 

    I will probably just let H decide.

    I think this may be worth hiring someone to analyze your dreams.  That's some weird stuff going on!

    @michelle142 like freshly showered dick. I was shocked at how vivid the dream was too. In the dream I was so surprised by the flavor being so realiztic that I offered one to DH to taste.
    And what was his reaction?

    At least I'm not alone on the weird dream front....
    I had a dream that I was receiving the death penalty, not the best way to wake up (I don't even know what I did wrong)!

    @psychobutthead - hugs. That's all I can say.

    @chickenonsunday - I'm right there with you.  Someone saw me eating Rolaids yesterday and reminded me (yet again) about the old wives tale that LO will have lots of hair.  I told them if that's true she'll come out looking like a wookiee.

    I had some light headed issues yesterday.  I was hungry but decided to wait until after my next meeting which ended up being an hour and a half.  Lesson learned - don't wait.  I also feel like my pelvic bones are being pried apart and they are killing me.  DH tried to get some sexy time last night and I just told him he was out of his mind.

    Getting ready for a workout as I've been a little lazy this week as the exhaustion monster has been attacking me pretty hard this last week. Made blueberry banana bread yesterday and have a sneaking suspicion that I might eat an entire loaf by myself. Seeing just one client today which I'm happy for, haven't seen her in a while. And tomorrow we drive to LA for the night for our first baby shower! Not looking forward to 6 hours in the car each way, but looking forward to seeing family and friends. Our big shower in Phoenix isn't until January.

    @ChickenOnSunday - I am jealous that you are going to Five Guys for lunch. I love their bacon cheeseburgers!

    I am just finishing up two design projects for work at home today. I am counting down the days until Christmas break. Though the school system I work for doesn't offer maternity leave, they do offer great paid vacations that don't count against your yearly alotment. Yay for two weeks off over the holidays. :)
