  @jeezidunno BFN after IVF is crushing.  In August, I thought I would feel better after I had my first major cry session.  I remained very emotional and had to avoid all things baby for several weeks.  I think the progesterone amplifies an already extremely emotional situation.  I'm so sorry you are going through this and wish you the best of luck in the future.

  @Kaly75 Don't give up hope yet.  My first beta at 9dp5dt was 72.  I had zero symptoms (I had progesterone symptoms with IVF1) and my FRER lines were not getting darker.  11dp5dt 146 After that my lines did start to get darker, but it took until 14dp5dt for the line to be equal to control line.  So, keep your head up.

  Me 27 DH 29 Married since 2007, together since 2001

  Off BC since Febuary 2006 3 Clomid Cycles in 2008- symptomatic, US just showed a tilted uterus, otherwise normal, HSG normal.  DH has an ejaculatory duct obstruction and a congenital absence of the vas deferens.  This is common with cystic fibrosis carriers, but he doesn't have cystic fibrosis. IVF #1 with TESE/ICSI (Antagonist protocol) Aug 2014=BFN (poor embryo quality)   IVF #2 ICSI long lupron protocol November 2014

  Just went in for my second beta at 15dp5dt.  The bleeding is down to just spotting and the cramping has stopped.  Beta on Friday at 12dp was 162.  I'm trying to remain optimistic and prepare myself for the worst as well.

  Sorry I have been MIA lately. We've been running around all over during the holidays. I ended up getting to go in early for my 1st beta last Wednesday at 12dp5dt and it came back positive! It was at 587. Went in this morning for a repeat beta so hoping that the nurse has good news this afternoon.
  
  QOTD: My family keeps asking me the same question. There is honestly really nothing that I want this Christmas. The only thing I want is to hear a healthy heartbeat(s) and that would make my Christmas the best Christmas ever.

  AFM, I am 6dp5dt on this FET cycle. The holiday and weekend helped the time to fly by! I'm glad of it, and hoping to keep myself busy until Beta which is on Sunday. I went pretty much beta or bust last time, only taking a HPT the day before to prepare myself for the results the next day. I plan to do the same this time, since I want to keep the hope alive as long as possible. But I will be honest with you all. I am scared of a BFN, or a BFP. :-S Either way, uncertainty lies ahead. We still have 4 frosties, and I told DH we would give them all a chance, but I'll just be feeling the same fear I have right now. Even with a positive beta, I'm afraid that it will be taken away again. Monday TP to IF!!! X(

  
  

  QOTD: Unfortunately, (actually pretty fortunately) I literally want nothing else at this time in my life. We have been blessed beyond belief in other ways this year, sometimes I think my wanting a baby is just me being greedy. But if I asked for anything else, it would be for DH to get a job offer from the interview he had last week!

  AFM: I am waiting for the results from today's beta. I am still spotting but it is just brown, but the pregnancy tests have been getting darker and darker.

  I had blood drawn for beta today. Praying its better than the sticks say since they keep saying negative. I'll update later this afternoon.
  
  A child is really all we want for Christmas or at least the money for another round of IVF. I'm not even sure we would try again. This round was around $15k and we definitely don't have that to try again.

  7/14 - Insurance reverses decision and agrees to cover HSG, we learn I have tubal factor

  Hi ladies...I've been a little MIA because we traveled over Thanksgiving.

  AFM-  no real news...AF started on thanksgiving day so i started estrace the next day.  I'm waiting to hear back from my RE about what the next step is...does anyone know how long it takes to do your FET after AF and when will I be starting back on the PIO shots???

  QOTD: hmmm...I really need a computer...DH has one and I have an ipad but I can't really store music and photos on the ipad so I need my own.  honestly it is prob. not in the finances this year because of ivf.

  @kaly75 - don't give up!!!  I've read that darkening lines don't necessarily happen right away and all that  matters about your beta is that it doubles!!!  FX for you!!!

  My Beta at 11dp5dt is 509.6. at 6dp5dt was 74.2. I have a repeat beta on Wednesday and go for the first ultrasound next Wednesday at 5 weeks 4 days.

   My heart goes out to all the BFNs, or those in limbo/in between betas/waiting. This 2WW is difficult to say the least.

  
  

   AFM: I finally understand why some women choose not to test. I have been driving myself insane peeing on things, and "maybe" seeing this or that. I go back and check 30 times to "make sure." I have spent hours googling and sifting through the bump archives to reassure myself one way or the other the last couple days. I am 7dp5dt. I have POAS 7 times starting morning of day 5. I have had mainly BFNs, a squinter, and one faint line....but not in that order. I am going crazy, and it has become clear to me there is no real answer until Thursday beta.

  I am finally starting to feel excited about this.  Despite the spotting my beta went up significantly.  9dp5dt 72 11dp5dt 146 13dp5dt 332 then I started spotting 15dp5dt 917!!!  I am scheduled for an early ultrasound on December 12th.  I think at this point I should stop updating, but am planning to continue to follow and support the Tiny Turkeys.  You have all been an incredibly supportive group.  I hope to see everyone on PAIF now or in the future.

  
  

  QOTW:  I have been telling my family for months that all I want was to be pregnant with a healthy baby.  Now, I'm really hoping to hear a nice heart beat before Christmas.  They insisted I ask for more, so I asked for a set of cutting boards.

  Me 27 DH 29 Married since 2007, together since 2001

  Off BC since Febuary 2006 3 Clomid Cycles in 2008- symptomatic, US just showed a tilted uterus, otherwise normal, HSG normal.  DH has an ejaculatory duct obstruction and a congenital absence of the vas deferens.  This is common with cystic fibrosis carriers, but he doesn't have cystic fibrosis. IVF #1 with TESE/ICSI (Antagonist protocol) Aug 2014=BFN (poor embryo quality)   IVF #2 ICSI long lupron protocol November 2014

  My second beta results are in: 414.3 at 15dp5dt. I'm so relieved that it's still going up after 5 days with a heavy bleed and cramping. The only note of concern now is my progesterone is at 1.59. RE doesn't seen concerned since I'm on Crinone but the low levels may have contributed to the bleeding.

  I had my consult with my RE and I love her. She was totally on board with looking into endomitritis/infection as a cause of my lining issues. So I am having an endometrial biopsy next week (not looking forward to that, but I want to leave no stone unturned). She also wants to be agressive with my lining protocol and wants me to start the viagra supps and terbutaline from the beginning, which I am in total agreement with. If this is our last OE cycle, I want to throw everything at it. No regrets.

  She also said she was really happy with the two embryos we have frozen. They are both grade 2 expanded blasts. She said they rarely give out grade 1s (which is interesting since I had a grade 1 early blast from IVF 2 and a grade 1 expanded blast from IVF 3) and that most of their pregnancies come from grade 2s or grade 3 blasts. One of the blasts was my grade 2 7 cell embryo on day 3 and the other was a grade 3 4 cell embryo on day 3.

  I'm not pregnant. Just called since they didn't call me. Ugh that sucks and I have to suck it up and not cry through my last hour of work. I have a WTF appointment on 12/15. From their hubby and I will decide our next step. Damn 3rd year in a row Santa can't give me what I want.

  I just did a POAS at 9dp3dt and it was BFN. My beta isn't until Friday so we'll see what happens then, but I feel like I've seen a lot of people get BFPs by 9dp3dt, so I am not incredibly optimistic. 

  
  

  We already know when we'd transfer our frozen embryo (January) so I think that is helping me stay calm about this.
