@Saragoeswest while visiting the in-laws in Florida we went to the beach and I got a hotdog at a beach front grill. As I'm walking away with my delicious looking hotdog a seagull swooped down and stole it from me. The whole thing. Gone. Then him and his buddies fought over it.
My brother, SIL, nephew & niece, parents & grandmother are all coming by today. My sis, BIL & niece are still here visiting. Kids running around & we're baking cookies also! It's going to be a fantastic day!
Me: 37, DH: 42 Married March 22, 2003 TTC since early 2006, Fertility treatments since 02/2013 First Pregnancy with Twins EDD 10.24.2014
So decided I should start pumping again at least once a day. So I chose after first morning feed. I guess LO wasn't completely asleep yet and she started squirming. Then about 19 minutes in screaming as if she was hungry again. Disconnect, picked her up, attached to boob and she falls asleep. Guess she thought someone else was getting her milk
I go back to work tomorrow, and I am beyond afraid that I won't remember what I'm doing. I already can't remember my password to log into my computer. I'm hoping it just comes to me when I sit down at my desk.

I think we may have reached the end of the 6 weeks growth spurt. Instead of waiting to nurse every hour (or less) last night, A slept in her sling while we were at a party for a few hours. I will not miss the craziness of last week.

After her epic meltdown last evening, dd had 2 awesome stretches of sleep. Unfortunately I only got 2 hours out of the first one because while I'm tired my stupid brain and body will not fall asleep before midnight. It's getting old.
S/O birds. In college there was a tree right outside my dorm room window. A friend and I were cawing at an annoying crow that was in the tree through my window (because why not...). The bird sounded more and more agitated. A few minutes after we stopped, we went outside to go somewhere and a bird promptly pooped on me. I heard a caw. I am convinced it was the bird's revenge.
5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional. 5 BFPs. My rainbow arrived 10/15/14. TFMC 08.02.13 at 19+ weeks. Everyday I grieve for my little Olive.
Last night my mom, sister and I were invited out with some friends for a drink in my hometown after dinner. I hadn't packed for it, but it's a a small town so I went anyway. It was the least classy I had ever felt going out - baggy maternity jeans, a top that I thought was clean but had spit up on the shoulder and shoes I borrowed that were too big for me
And I unknowingly walked into the class reunion for my year at the public high school. The whole bar was full of people I've been avoiding for 10 years, and I looked ridiculous.
I am now newly inspired to get back into my pre pregnancy clothes.
DH often wakes me up to "check on Mason" (he is on my side of the bed). It drives me fucking batty! I wake up more times than M gets me up because of the squirms and stretching he does in his sleep and 99% of the time DH wakes me up after I've just checked on him and I'm *just* about asleep again.
I got a new stocking for the dog so that LO matches mom and dads. The poor dog has really gone to the back burner since dd arrived. she used to be my baby!!
I find that sometimes I have to remind myself that I love them when they do things like wake M up.

I hate when DH does that. Twice last week it was to ask me why she grunted in her sleep. I don't speak grunt? Let me sleep!
Tomorrow is my first day back at work. Not happy. Pretty sure I'm not going back after Christmas. Or if I do, it's as PRN, so I only work a few days per month.
So if DD is spitting out half of her bottle fed milk rather than drinking it, what is this a symptom of? The flow is too fast? She hates the bottle? She's just a messy eater? The little's sleep n play was soaked after her feeding.
DH and I tried Tommee Tippee and Advent again (no dice) and ended up just going back to the Nuk bottle we have semi-success with. I have a couple Playtex bottles en route, as well as a Mam and Lasinoh.
Is she spitting them up or just kind of letting it leak out? Does she seem upset?
Oh… @Saragoeswest I've been pooped on once. Not fun! I noticed yesterday that there was a small amount of bird poop on Noah's car seat cover. Never noticed it happening.
Husband is outside with the boys putting up christmas lights.. baby is sleeping in her swing and im sneaking in a second pumping session today before I go back to being cinderella..

Speaking of which.....a bird pooped on LO while he was in the stroller the other day....
Even before naps, he'd rather lay flat on his back than rock and cuddle with me.

Birds can be assholes.
