Anyone want to discuss potential names?

Have you had any ideas about what your little firefly or fireflies might be named? Way too early? Care to share?
I am thinking of Juliet Ivy for a girl, Owen Grant for a boy. My soon to be 2 year old daughter is Anne.lise Ro.se.

I think we're pretty much set on Elliott for a boy, although Theodore still comes up every now and again in conversation. Middle name will be H's first name.

If it's a girl we may be screwed, although we know her middle name will be Marie (family tradition).

ETA: I meant to say that your choices are very nice OP!

DH is spanish so we're going to stick with my maiden name as the middle name for both kiddos-- it's a good name and sounds nice with almost everything (at least I think!).

We have Hunter John picked for a boy.

We both agreed on Kiera Michelle for a girl, but I'm not sure I LOVE it. I'm also considering Joyce Kristen with the nickname Joy. Girl names are way too hard for me.

well, since twins run in my family, and I won't know if I'm having them or not until Dec 19, at my u/s, I'll have a lot to think about if there's 2.

I've got 2 girls names. My #1 is Nora Anna, 2 is Brielle Elizabeth

as for boys, I have so many choices, and no clear front runner. I like Samuel, Theodore, Jasper, Daniel, Joseph....

Boy: Raiden Michael, or Robert John (after my dad who passed away 3 years ago. He always wanted me to name my son after him but my bf and I aren't exactly setting names yet)

Girl: Mileena Michelle, Katana Michelle, makeneley, Raelynn, malia (middle name could be flora it's a family name)

If this one is a girl (unlikely given DH's family history of boys), we were going to go with Annabeth Rose or Anabelle Rose but then we switched it up a couple months ago on a whim and decided that we both loved Summer Elise.

As far as boy names go, there are plenty we like but no combos we love, yet. We gave the one boy name we loved to our DS (Noah James) so now we're stuck. We're wanting to stick with a family name this time around for the first name instead of the middle name, but it's a struggle.

We are debating keeping the letter "g" for all our kids names. We have a DD named Genevieve, but we call her Evie.

Some of the girls names we like are: Greta, Gretchen, Gia, Gianna (if we don't do the G thing, we also like Caroline, Madeline, Mackenzie)

Boys names: Grant, Gavin, Greyson or Giacomo (not G we like Dominic)

I got some great advice in my first pregnancy to NOT tell anyone IRL the names you pick. We had it narrowed down to 2 names and picked the names once we were holding DD. This alleviated a lot of stress and didn't give room for anyone to weigh negative opinions on us we didn't want to hear.

DH is no help, any time I askhe comes up with the strangest/most ridiculous names he can think of lol. Bartalina, Zar, Bag to name a few. So helpful!!

Currently my favs are;

Girl - Abigale and Penelope.

Boy - Theodore and Domenic.

Middle names are easier. If it's a girl it will be Kathleen Rose and a boy will be Danté Joseph. The order might change but they are family names so we will probably stick with them.

We have dd named Madison Alaina.
For a girl I like the names: Zoe, Juliet, Leila, Claire, Delaney. I kind of like Genevieve...but not so sure about it. I heard it on the originals lol. We really both like Zoe though.

For a boy I like:Henry, Logan, Wyatt, and Jackson. We haven't decided though.

Middle name for a girl maybe Elizabeth which is mine and my
Mothers middle name.

Not sure, but whatever name we pick will go through two tests: Google for unintended historical or pop-culture references, and tell it to a roomfull of 3rd graders. If the name instantly gets giggles, we won't ask. Just move on.
