I need to make pies for Thanksgiving and bake a birthday cake for my aunt's surprise birthday party the day after but all I want to do is sleep and watch my tv shows. I have also decided to purchase one of the pies because I am working all week and there is just no time to bake 3 pies.

I peed right before I left for my appointment today, peed in a cup at my appointment, and peed before I left the OB's office. I drove to the grocery store (about 15 minutes away) and right in the middle of shopping, I had to pee again! Of course, everyone in the store slows down. I'm doing the "pee pee dance" because this is the one time DH isn't shopping with me and I don't want to leave my cart. I managed to make it home and maaaaaan did I ever pee!
I figured I could ask in here and get answers. When do we go get nursing bras? Do you wait until after you have the baby or should I go soon?
At the breastfeeding class I went to last week, the LC said with a month or two of your EDD should be fine. If you're properly measured, they'll account for a little extra room for when your milk comes in.
I'm just here to say don't do this. Or if you do, save receipts I did this and my nursing bras don't fit right now, and my milk has been in for two days. I was told it's best to wait until you're 6 weeks PP and things are regulated and what not. I have nursing sleep bras that I'm using now. They aren't as supportive, but great for around the house and at night. I'd recommend getting those to tide you over until you wanna plunk down $$ for more expensive nursing bras. I have like 4 nursing bras that are totally useless to me right now and not at all the right size. Because... whoa boobies.
I came on TB and have 142 notifications. Holy random thread!
(Zoe Claire- born at 33.6 weeks- November 19, '14 - 5lbs 15oz)
Well, I've got allot accomplished today, still a allot to do I feel. I'm having my kids help me do some things, but I'm thinking after I clean up after dinner I'm calling it a night. I'm contracting, I'm tired, and I feel gross.
Thinking I'll put a movie on for the kids and go take a shower. Maybe paint my nails, and hopefully git it in tonight, before everyone starts to arrive!
I just got the quote for my full house cleaning/organization. It's $500 and IDGAF. Best money spent ever.
@naturelovers, will they unpack boxes, go through drawers and closets, etc? In that case, it would definitely be worth it. Let me know how it works out - maybe I can ask for that as a birthday present!

I haven't bought a new bra yet this pregnancy so I'm cool with taking a chance on buying one or two so that I have some support. I cannot go 6 weeks without a bra! I can always buy more later.

@Maebb I don't have boxes to unpack, but they are moving/organizing closets for me, folding and putting away a couple months worth of laundry, clearing away all the miscellaneous clutter that's accumulated on every surface, and scrubbing the house from ceiling to floor, every room. Furniture will be moved, all molding wiped down, vents vacuumed off, books taken off shelves and dusted, grout scrubbed in the baths, all cabinet faces and light fixtures will be washed, all floors done. Every square inch of the house will be organized and cleaned, and I can't wait!
I know! I can't wait! I have never, ever lived in such a disorganized environment. Nearly 20 weeks of bed rest took their toll. Things have reached such an overwhelming level that I don't even know where to start now, so I'm thrilled the pros will be swooping in to save the day. :x

That sounds like everything DH did this weekend - he took Fri and Mon off to prep. Though I still need to attack (and probably replace) grout in our shower and tub, yes, it is worth any price for this level of immaculate, organized, decluttered paradise! Enjoy!!!

They have places that refurbish furniture, maybe you could call and get a quote. They might be reasonable to strip and repaint it?
