My grandma...***update in op*** second update

Please pray, send good vibes, and healing thoughts for my grandma, she is 82. She was dx with lung cancer 2 weeks ago. She was fine and literally from one day to the next she was sick. We took her to the ER yesterday, she was satting at 88 on 4L of o2. I bumped it up to 5 and she was satting at 90-93. My aunt and I took her in and they admitted her to PCU (one step lower than ICU). My mom just called and said one of her lung collapsed. They are going to do a risky procedure at 3. They are going to try to unblock the tumor, put a stent in and do a biopsy. If they do not this, the next option is hospice. I am beyond devastated right now.
***update**** She made it through the procedure, but the cancer is worse than expected. End stage cancer. Threatment would not be beneficial. They are just making her comfortable now. She is confused and breathing hard. They gave us 2 days. Thank you all for the love and support. ***2nd update*** I wanted to thank you all again for your kinds words and support. My sweet grandma went to heaven last night at 9:45. My mom, aunt, uncle, and myself held her hand as we told her how much we love her and how thankful we we were for her. It was beautiful and peaceful. I know she is in a better place even though my heart aches for her and my daughter who will never meet her amazing great grandma. I'm still in a foggy state of mind asking myself if this is real or a nightmare. I am so glad she didn't suffer this horrible disease and lived life to the fullest to the absolute end. She truly was a piece of heaven here on earth.

ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)
