This is a check-in for those who are doing IVF/IVM or FET with an ER/ET scheduled for November. If you are interested in joining, please fill us in on your cycle below. AFM: I don’t have good news, unfortunately all my 3 eggs were immature, again. I was pretty sad these last few days but life goes on, and I am trying to have faith and hope for a next cycle. WTF appointment only on December 1^st due to thanksgiving.

QOTD: No snacks at all!!! During winter, a cup of hot tea occasionally…

So excited for the BFPs and PUPO! My heart honestly just aches for all of those cancelled or BFN.

AFM: Yesterday was my ET! We transferred one perfect blast! It was such an amazing experience, the nurses told us where to look and what was going on the entire time. We have four frosties. I feel realistically optimistic, but this will absolutely be the longest two weeks of my life. Beta is 12/3 (my clinic does a full two week wait after ET!); I won't be testing early, I've been through a CP and it was awful. UPDATE: Another frostie met the criteria for freezing so now we have 5!

QOTD: Chips and Salsa! Anything cheese!

AFM: I've been exhausted and was in the middle of shifts so I missed the last check-in, but I was stalking the thread and commenting, I just didn't have time to update myself.

I'm pregnant! Beta #1 was yesterday and it was 865 at 13dp3dt. I started POAS last Thursday, 7dp3dt, and got a line that became darker over the next few days. I go back for beta #2 tomorrow. DH didn't believe the faint line I originally got, but now he's just as excited. Thank you all for being such a great group and a good distraction during the 2WW!

QOTD: I love salty foods, especially cheese and pickles.

Hey Tiny Turkeys!!

Congrats to the BFPs!!! Fx for the PUPO ladies! ((HUGS)) to all who need them.

I am officially PUPO! It was a roller coaster day yesterday, but in the end it all worked out. I have my beta on 12/1. I will most likely test the day before or day of just to be prepared. I am feeling good and trying to stay positive.

QOTD - I love me some chocolate!!! DH loves popcorn, so most nights we have popcorn while watching one of our shows!

AFM - I'm currently 6dp5dt and trying my hardest not to POAS until this weekend. I had 2 sharp cramps yesterday and then a tiny bit of brown spotting so really anxious to take a test. Our beta is the day after Thanksgiving so I don't think there's any way that I can wait that long!

QOTD: I am definitely a sweets person. My favorite snack would be anything chocolate.

Congrats to all of the PUPO and BFPs!

AFM: I'm 4dp5dt and my DH and I decided to test on Saturday am; so 6dp. I know some people get BFPs after 5 days, so I'm tempted to POAS tomorrow am, but I'm going to try to hold out and wait for Saturday. We are planning it that way just in case the result is negative. Everything has looked good up to this point, but I just want to be home for the day if we find out we aren't pregnant. I suppose 6dpt could still be too early? Anyone hear of getting a negative that late and still being pregnant?

QOTD: I love chips and salsa and could eat it endlessly. Lately I've been on more of a cheese kick and craving cheese and crackers. I have had different cravings and think it might be due to all of my medications. Chocolate, which I love, has grossed me out now for 2 weeks (before my ER, so not a pregnancy sign). Anyone else have issues like this with the meds?

I'm 3dp3dt and trying to stay positive. I got the call yesterday that 2 of my eggs (6 cell and 3 cell) didn't make it. So besides the 2 eggs in me all I have left is one that they are monitoring. I should know more today if they can freeze it or not. Beta isn't until 11/30 but I know I'll be testing sometime next week.

QOTD: I love both sweets and salt so a lot depends on my mood.

Sorry this will be a post and run. FX for those still cycling or in the 2WW and hugs to those BFNs.

Right now we are just waiting for our day 5 report tomorrow and our final freeze report that should come over the weekend. Honestly after what might be one of our worst fert reports ever yesterday, I'm not holding out hope for this cycle. Right now DH and I are discussing our next steps, which will definitely not include another cycle with my eggs. We will probably post a few profiles looking for donor embryos and also discuss the donor egg process with my RE.

Unfortunately in our area there are no clinics that offer donor embryo programs and only one that has an in house donor egg program and it has over a year wait according to their website. This means that we will probably need to either use an agency donor (which is generally more expensive) or travel for a donor egg cycle. I am a little nervous about switching clinics for a donor egg cycle because most clinics are not very immune friendly and I am afraid of how much more complicated it will be to coordinate an immune cycle with a clinic that is not cooperative.

QOTD: My favorite snack food is salt and vinegar potato chips. I can eat an entire bag in one sitting.

AFM: I am 5dp3dt. I may test Monday just to make it easier if I get a BFN Wednesday. I'm trying so hard not to notice every little twinge I feel, but it's sooo hard! Both DH and I are feeling really positive about this cycle. I've had 9 days off at work and have to go back tonight. I'm hoping my coworkers are supportive and don't get too mad at me for not working my ass off. I work as an aide in a hospital so it can get pretty stressful. I just hope it's an easy and peaceful night!

AFM Not much new around here. I had my first official beta yesterday that was 202 so my doubling time seems to be a little less than 2 days. I go back tomorrow for my second beta at the clinic.

I generally don't snack much but if I do I definitely prefer anything chocolate.

Waiting on beta results. POAS every day since 6dpt and they have all been positive. So I am hoping for good news! And I am hoping at stays that way! I haven't had a problem with getting pregnant so much... It's staying that way. Not sure how IVF helps that... But I am hoping it does!

Not much going on here. 4dp5dt with 2 morulas. My beta isn't until Dec 1st, which is 15dp5dt. I'll test before then so I'll be prepared for beta but with a digital since I despise trying to decipher a line test. I've never had a positive digital prior to 14dpo so I'll probably test 9 or 10 dp5dt.

QOTD: lots of snacks. Sweet and spicy jalapeno potato chips, homemade salsa and chips, nuts of ask kinds, iceburg lettuce, fruit

@RG1979 I’m having the same internal debate about if/when to test early. Well…probably more of when, because I know I won’t wait! We’re on the same schedule. I’m thinking this weekend. I know it’s too early, but I would like to be able to partially process over the weekend when I don’t have to work.

AFM, I am 3dp5dt. I have been really busy this week, which has actually been pretty nice because I haven't had much time to think about things. I had two different nurses tell me two different timelines for beta (neither of which I liked), so I need to call my favorite nurse! I'm hoping to do it next Wednesday at 14 days post ER. I will possibly start testing this weekend because I don't really want to find out before or during work. I'm scared as hell.

QOTD: Healthy snack? Nuts or hummus or something. Unhealthy snack? Anything chocolate, especially dark chocolate.

4dp5dt not-so-patiently waiting. I have noticed that I have fewer/less severe side effects on PIO than I did on prometrium. Anyone else experience this? I'm going to POAS either Sunday or Monday. Sunday is DH's 30th birthday so a positive would be awesome, but a negative could ruin the day. Last cycle I started spotting 7dp5dt, so I may wait until Monday or not test if the spotting starts Saturday.

QOTW: When I'm being good, almonds/grapes/strawberries. When I'm being bad chips or ice cream.

ASF My fourth beta came back at 542! That's a doubling time of 40 hours. The nurse actually congratulated me. She said I started low but have more than doubled twice now. My early scan is Dec. 5th! I'm so freaking excited.

Hi ladies...sorry I am so late to the game. I went in my grandmother's apt this morning and found her on the floor...she had a stroke. I have been in the ER with her all day...she is stable but doesn't look great.

as for ivf...I got my day 3 report today (day 4)...out of 4 we are now down to 2 so I am transferring first thing in the morning (pending my body is cooperating and that those 2 make it). I am so scared of them not making it in the morning and then I am terrified of having another miscarriage because we aren't testing. I knew IVF would be stressful but I really had no idea...this is crazy.

Congrats to the BFP's!!! Hugs to the BFN's hang in there. AFM- still waiting. 7dp FET and I'm getting more and more tempted to test. Trying to wait until Saturday or Sunday. I go for Beta Monday. My feelings are so up and down. I'm feeling so unsure and hate not having control over this situation. Cramping is less than before. I am very bloated but that could just be from the PIO. DH gave me a shot Tuesday night and I was bleeding more than other times that I have before. I now have this big bruise nasty thing on my back/butt area. My emotions are so up and down I don't know how to feel.

QOTW- salty and sweet please!! Chocolate, chips, French fries are a weakness.

AFM: we transferred two perfect blasts and froze one. They are still watching 5 more till tomorrow to freeze. The RE said out of 18 fertilized 13 were still growing. 3 were perfect and 3 were not so good looking, 2 were slow growing and five that were still growing great. I have Beta on 12/1.

QOTD: anything that is unhealthy, Chocolate, candy, chips, cookies. Not a good habit,but I can't live without junk food. The longest I lasted was 2 weeks.

AFM: Had my BW and lining check this morning. Things seem to be going well. The fluid on my ute is gone and lining is 9.5 with a triple stripe right now, hoping it will continue to grow until FET on Tuesday. We are doing an eSET this cycle as well, my RE worried about twins. He said he has a set of his own (through IUI) we don’t need them. Now to head home and start my PIO!! Oh the joy, all for a good cause.

QOTD: Salty all the way. Chips, pretzels, you name it. I live in the snack capital of the US (PA mfrs WAY too many snack food brands), so I try not to snack so often.

WOW I love all of these BFP'S!!! Congrats to all of you. I get really excited when I see those results from you guys.

I am so sorry for those that it didn't work out.

Well my fert. report came in today and I am kinda down on it. We got 17 eggs and I knew not all of them were mature so when they told me 12 are mature I was happy about that. When they told me only 6 fertilized it really hit me hard. We have changed our protocol to get as many eggs as we could and went the next step to get better sperm with PICSI and I have my lowest fertilization percentage yet. The past 2 times we had almost 100% each time and now 50%. I know it only takes one but we are hoping to be able to freeze some and Day 3 is always the day that it goes very south. I am dreading my call on Saturday for this report.
