I wish I could just throw up instead of sleeping like crap, thinking I'm going to throw up! At least I had some decent on-line sales while I was at work yesterday. Yay for being able to pay some bills!
I'm here too. Sitting up makes me feel puke-y. Laying down brings heartburn.
What a shitty club to be in! Maybe you can get a prescription and some relief today. Good luck! My appointment is tomorrow. The Zantac 2x a day and Tums are not doing it for me anymore. I've had crazy HB for all 4 pregnancies and 3 bald babies so far. This one better have some hair!
Zantac didn't work for me either, so I was told to take Prevacid twice a day and it does help! I told the ultrasound tech last time that I hope they have heads full of hair because of all the heartburn and the 3D shows that they are BALD! I could have cried.
@MusicFanatic the contractions have subsided slightly since they gave me the medicine. @saiven my uterus is just feeling irritable today unfortunately. Blah.
BTW the steriod shot is not fun. My butt hurts!
Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers! This edition of Tuesday randoms needs to go back to being about random things! Like I can't have sound on my TV in the hospital. Or I can't figure out how to turn it on ...
So glad they have stopped. And yes, steroids HURT!
I'm sorry you have to be in the hospital I hope your nurses are as amazing as mine.

@JoaPata, I am jealous of your MIA temperatures, and I told DH that if we wants to find a job in FL or CA, I would be glad to move. It's in the 20's here tonight, and that is unacceptable.
@bkmama, you should go for the job and be confident in the interview! Do not downplay your skills or even discuss your maternity leave. I think it was the book "Lean In" that was talking about how a man will go for a job if he can do like 50% of the requirements, but a woman may not if she can't do 100%. I may have gotten the figures wrong, but the point is - you can do it! Most jobs you learn as you go anyway, so if you demonstrate that you're confident and capable, the interview can only benefit you, even if you don't get this job. Think positive thoughts!

In random news - we're back from our vacation and back in the routine getting ready for bed and work tomorrow. Whomp whomp.
On today's episode of "Helpdesk":
"Sir, did you check your inbox?"
"Yes, I don't see anything"
"Let me attempt to resend you that email"
"Oh, you meant to check my email inbox?"
WHAT OTHER INBOX???!?!?!?? *headdesk*
(My BiL's job haha)
