I just realized my period is 3 days late, but I have an IUD and I still BF so I'm 99% sure I'm not pregnant.
No sticks in this house though so I hope this post doesn't cause anyone to lose sleep over the suspense.

Today was a crazy busy day. I got Eli in for a haircut this morning because it was so long I could almost put in a ponytail. He was so wiggly and fussy that she had me hold him on my lap which resulted in both of us being covered in hair and his hair only looks marginally better than what I could have prob done at home. I think I'll do it myself next time.
Hailey's ENT appointment went well. He had to vacuum her ear drainage out (sorry for TMI) and put us on antibiotic drops. She says they feel much better and we go back at the end of January to check up again. Crossing my fingers that this will fix it!
What a long day. Yawn. Alex is teething. Work was nucking futs. Two hour drive to my parents house. Crazyness at my parents (my nephew, both sisters, two aunts, my mom and three dogs were all here. Needless to say Alex was overwhelmed. Now mom, sis and aunts are all headed to NOLA and sister and nephew went home. Alex is in bed and I am cuddling with all the dogs and catching up on the spam!
The baby just projectile pooped off the changing table onto my shirt and the floor. It was like a squirt gun. @-) :-& Just what I want to do in the morning-scrub carpet.
@Cfreymc I have an extra test. I'll bring it over. P.S. Breastfeeding doesn't stop it.
I'm blaming BFing for the long cycles. Relying on the IUD for the rest
No stick needed...AF has arrived! <:-P

Late to the party, but I have to defend American Girl dolls. I love love loved them growing up and they are heirloom quality, at least they used to be. Mine are all packed up and sleeping until DD is ready to play. Each of the girls comes with a great, historical, set of books that addresses social issues. They may not be for everyone, but I think they are great!
I loved mine as a kid, and I think the historical aspect is awesome. I read all the books as a kid and I learned a lot from them. I just wish they had stuck with that though, why does anyone's doll need headgear??

@cfreymc don't they still make the historical dolls? I get the mini-me dolls are over the top, but I thought they still made the others?
Yeah they still do, my point was that they should have just stuck with that instead of doing the modern dolls as well.

Though doesn't seem to phase her. She's bumped it on a few toys already and not a peep.
