  AFM: My guests are leaving tomorrow, finally!!! It was great to have them here but I did not have much free time for myself. I was so happy that I didn’t have any side effects but unfortunately I started to have headaches Tomorrow I will have another monitoring, I hope that I have mature eggs this time; I really wanted to be able to try a ET.

  QOTW: I use The Bump app a lot. Also Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, iBook are regulars as well. And lately I've been playing Clash of Clans and getting all addicted lol.

  Nothing to report on me other than being impatient as I am 8dpt. I was at the supermarket yesterday and walked by the pg tests, I was so tempted to pick one up, but I am trying very hard to wait until the day before my beta on the 17th.

  Nothing new to report since I update on our last check-in.  19R15M13F  that means we have 5 more embies in the running than IVF#1 which I'm happy about.  We are expecting ET to be one Sunday, but will officially find out tomorrow.  I am nervous because the day of ET(5dt) was when everything fell apart last time.  On day 1 we were told 8 fertilized, day 3 we were told all 8 looked great and then day five we found out 4 arrested and we had one low grade blast and 3 morulas.  So, I'm hoping for better quality this time.  I'm also taking doxycycline and Medrol this time.  So, hopefully that will help with implantation.  I was also nervous about DH giving me the IM progesterone, but he has done really well.

  
  

  QOTW: I really use the internet/google more than any apps.  I do use pinterest, solitaire and pill crusher when I'm bored.  I'm more likely to pull out my kindle though.

  About half an hour before taking my Puregon last night, my doctor called. Never had him call, it's always been a nurse! He wanted me to up my dose from 150 to 200 IU.
  
  Also, I'm really regretting not wearing scrubs to work today. Decided to wear jeans since I felt fine this morning. But by the time I got to work, I felt like I had drank a dozen gallons of water :P on break now and not sure if I can fit this cup of tea in my belly lol

  @cokiebear  Good luck with your transfer and happy birthday.  Hopefully, your birthday will bring you luck.  I had my ER on my birthday and ended out with more retrieved and fertilized than IVF#1.

  Hi Ladies!

  I had my U/S yesterday!  My lining is a 6mm, but has some fluid in it.  I am trying not to worry about it (says the girl who couldn't stop thinking about it).  I think Lupron hates me with the headaches and not sleeping last night.  I have another U/S next Tuesday.  ET scheduled for Wednesday!

  QOTD - I love facebook and pinterest.  I play a few games on my Ipad, but not on my phone.  I love word games!

  AFM:  Nothing really new here. 8dp5dt and trying not to completely lose my mind. DH and I talked last night about when to try a HPT and he wants me to  wait until at least the weekend. Since he so rarely expresses opinions on such things, I figure I'll go with it. I woke up feeling crappy this morning -- unfortunately it is all-over body ache crappy, so I think I am coming down with something. Just my luck. ;-) My boobs are incredibly sore today, too... thanks PIO! I've not been sleeping well for several days, either, so that doesn't help. Guess I am just kinda crabby today.   Well sitting here watching the clock for my FET at 12:45. My PIO shots have been hurting so much and my butt is bruised and so sore. DH just started a new job so he was not able to take off. He feels horrible but Mom to the rescue because she will be taking me. Definitely nervous. We are transferring two frosties of the three I have frozen. Praying that this will work.   Hi ladies...had a much better (for me) US yesterday showing 4 follies instead of 2.  All of my numbers looked good...they thought I would trigger today but then today the two biggest grew but didn't grow much and the third grew a lot.  I'm worried about the two big ones they grew less than a mm....my RE said we would just have to wait and see.  so now ER is set for sunday.  so ready to get on with this!!!

  Did my trigger at 8pm last night. ER is tomorrow morning. I have to be at their main office at 615am. Which means I'll be leaving sometime in the 4am hour. Ugh. So ready for this! It was my first day without a shot and it felt so nice.
  
  Doctor also asked me if wanted to be in his trial group for EEVA. Anyone else use that? Its for early embryo viability assessment. It takes a picture of your embryos at different stages. It's free so I'm thinking of trying it.

  @Lc102310 I'm always in awe of people who can actually achieve Beta or Bust... or at least close to it. the longest I've ever made it is 7DPT.
  @Bcara11 Good luck today! I hope the pain from PIO gets better. I never had too much pain but I read that if the shots are in the wrong place they hurt like hell. My clinic always offers to look at the placement when I go in for a FET. Maybe you can have them take a look today?
  
  Nothing new to report here. I'm 4DP5DT and only showing minimal crazy at this point. Although, this morning while I was driving to work I heard a new song that had me bawling my eyes out on the highway. I can only imagine what the other drivers thought of me.
  
  QOTD: I mostly use Facebook, Tumblr, and Twitter. However, my favorite is the Goodreads App with the scanner so I can import books directly to my want to read shelf and look up ratings and reviews. It is a lifesaver at bookstores.

  I had my monitoring this morning and I still have 15-16 follicles in play.  Most are 16-20mm, one was 13mm.  I also have 2 less than 10 but I am not counting those.  The bad news is that my lining didn't thickent at all really even with the viagra.  Right now it is at 7.78mm and it needs to get to 8mm to transfer.  I think they would have triggered me tonight, but they are pushing me one more day to see if my lining will thicken up.  They are also adding terbutaline into the mix to see if that helps.  I am waiting on the pharmacy to call so I can pick up another ganirelix, the viagra, and terbutaline.  I go in tomorrow morning for one last check.  I expect I will trigger tomorrow for an ER on Sunday.  If my lining doesn't cooperate, we will have to do a freeze all.

  I had bloodwork yesterday and my E2 is rising a little slowly, so they upped my meds a bit and I'm doing more b/w tomorrow and an u/s Saturday. I am eager for my ER next week, especially since so many of you ladies are way ahead of me and already doing ER/ET/TWW.

  12/13 - finally find an RE we love.

  1/14-5/14 - using Letrizole

  6/14 - 1st IUI with Clomid, BFN

  7/14 - 2nd IUI with Clomid,  BFN

  7/14 - Insurance reverses decision and agrees to cover HSG, we learn I have tubal factor

  11/14 - IVF #1 = BFN

  AFM: No real updates. 19R 18M 15F. They will call me tomorrow morning to say if I'm going to transfer that day or Sunday. The nurse said that by the look of my embryos, it's looking like a Sunday transfer. I'm really nervous about the transfer. The mock transfer hurt ..... I'm a wuss.

  Dx: Officially Unexplained (I have Polycystic Ovaries diagnosed via ultrasound, but few classic PCOS symptoms, he has mild MF issues. So... not issue free, but nothing so severe as to explain IF)

  I also deal with post-surgical Hypothyroidism following Thyroid Cancer in 2009, but under control with Levothyroxine

  4 months Clomid (thinned lining) and 10 months Letrozole (every indication that I responded perfectly)

  6 failed IUIs in 2013, 3 with trigger

  IVF #1 in March 2014

  ER 3/21/14, 31R/21F, 12 frosties!

  ET 3/26/14, 1 perfect blast transferred: BFN

  FET#1 5/28/14, 2 "beautiful" early blasts transferred. BFP!!

  Beta #1 (6/11/14) 798; Beta #2 (6/18/14) 7,966.

  1st u/s (6/25/14) showed 2 sacs, 1 empty & 1 with a beautiful little bean doing what it needs to do!

  EDD 2/14/15, missed miscarriage, DX: Trisomy 21. D&C 8/1/14

  FET#2 Transferred 3 embies, 2 looking pretty good, one not so much. BFN.

  @cwoodward777 - I also had that pesky fluid in my uterus. Last week the doctor said he was a little bit worried about it (which made me a LOT worried about it), but he said once I started PIO shots he hoped that it would clear up as it usually does. And sure enough...I started the PIO on Sunday and went back for another check Wednesday and it was all gone! I almost cried I was so relieved and happy. Hopefully the progesterone will help yours clear up as well. FX for you!
  
  AFM - We are scheduled for our FET tomorrow at 12:45. We are so excited! Tomorrow also happens to be 5 years to the day that I met my DH and now we will get to meet our little snowbabies the same day

  AFM, I had my first monitoring appt yesterday on day 5. I'm not sure how to interpret this, but they said not much activity was going on. They upped my follistim a little. They said they are counting 17 on my left, and 13 on my right. 3-4 on each side measuring between 7-9. I go back tomorrow morning. As I was leaving I realized they didn't take blood? Wouldn't they want to know my E2?

  AngM123 maybe they didn't take blood because they will do it tomorrow, and check if the increase in the follitism worked.. FX for you!! But don't worry, I guess It is normal to have this changes during the course of your cycle, they are still learning how your body reacts to the medication.

  I am home and on the couch. Two frosties in. No grade because they were past that close to hatching but hadn't yet. Asked the nurse to see where DH was doing PIO and delestrogen shots. Turns out we were too low. Ughh so tonight I get PIO and delestrogen. I am on 48 hours bed rest going to catch up on shows and relax. Thank you all for the support. I feel really good about this time and have had signs all day that are good. Thanks @Nutmeg8484‌ for the suggestion. I now have red sharpie circles on my butt so DH aims better.

  PCOS- Never had a normal cycle unless on BCP.

  2 rounds of Clomid & 1 IUI- unsuccessful

  IUI and Bravelle- 2x one IUI cancelled overstimulated, second BFN

  Trigger shot 7/20 @9pm

  ER 7/22 @8am- 23 retrieved 17 mature 13 fertilized

  ET Sunday  7/27 @6:45am

  Progesterone test 7/29- increased PIO to 1.5 due to progesterone at 16 want it at 20

  Beta test 8/5- BFN

  Spoke with RE on 8/5 running blood work to test for reason why the embryo didn't stick because my IVF was "textbook"

  Biopsy scheduled 8/27 to test for inflammation in the uterus

  FET#1- BCP started lupron on 10/16

  started delestrogen 10/27

  Only update is that we have 7 embryos that made it to frost.  I'm feeling good, no symptoms at all.  My natural and IUI cycles that were BFN, the 2WW was riddled with symptoms.  I'm hoping this is a good sign!

  @kristyn831 7 frosties is fantastic!

  Me 27 DH 29 Married since 2007, together since 2001

  Off BC since Febuary 2006 3 Clomid Cycles in 2008- symptomatic, US just showed a tilted uterus, otherwise normal, HSG normal.  DH has an ejaculatory duct obstruction and a congenital absence of the vas deferens.  This is common with cystic fibrosis carriers, but he doesn't have cystic fibrosis. IVF #1 with TESE/ICSI (Antagonist protocol) Aug 2014=BFN (poor embryo quality)   IVF #2 ICSI long lupron protocol November 2014
