Hubby gets 6 paid days. He works 4 days one week and 3 the next. Depending on when wee one makes his appearance, he'll get between 10 and 13 days. He'll also have 300 hours of pto to use as needed. I'm hoping to save those and use them later as needed.
My husband doesn't get any paid leave, but he plans on using a week's worth of sick time right after the baby is born. He is also looking into the possibility of temporarily working from home.
DH is allowed 6 weeks paid paternity leave, but he will probably only take 2-3. He's in outside sales though, so his schedule is pretty flexible. If I need him he can take more time off.
No leave, but DH will take two weeks PTO when the baby is born. He'll also take another two weeks after I go back just so we can get settled before sending DD to daycare

DH works for my competitor that has awesome benefits. He gets 12 weeks paid, not sure how many unpaid. He's only planning on taking the paid leave, I don't think he'd survive that long without something productive to do. He'll also take a week or 2 off right after the birth, prob will just use his vacation days, he's got a number of weeks rolling over into next year.
DH gets two weeks of paid paternity leave at his company. He rarely takes time off and I think he plans on taking it all. He's in network engineering and a lot of his stuff can be done from home if he's feeling guilty.
