Here are my two baby girls. Our kitty is very shy around other people but is a total snuggle bunny with us. My labradoodle is like my sidekick, she and I are always together.

Here is my guy. He was our clearance puppy, rescued from the pound. His adoption fee was reduced because he had been there so long. I know it sounds funny, but there was something about him that I connected with and I just knew he belonged with us. The picture with him in the harness was the day we got him.

This is my dog, Chapel. He is a mixed breed. He is a very affectionate, and he loves to lay on my stomach in the evenings. I'm afraid once my belly gets big, we may have some issues! Love my little guy.

He has honestly been the best dog for our family. I joke with my husband that the dog and I are soulmates. LOL We've had him 8 years already and I can't imagine our lives without him. :x

Aww, puppies and kitties!!!!

Mine are in my signature but in case you can't see sigs, here they are again.

On the left is Lola, my sweet girl who we lost to lymphoma in late June and I still miss so very much. The middle one is Cecilia, who we call Pizza - she's about 2 and she's a spunky butt. On the right is Peggy Sue, who we call Biskit - she's a year and a half and we got her in July, just after we lost Lola. She is the sweetest, most social, most affectionate kitty ever....but she's also completely insane. I love my little ladies!

@abbalish‌ pretty girls! Isn't it funny how we give our pets so many nicknames?! My DH asked me this yesterday... He said why did we even name the cat Grayden when you call him so many other names? Ha! Whoopsy!

I know, right? If you haven't noticed, I go with a theme of "ladies of song" for my kitties....but then end up nicknaming them after bread products, go figure. Although we used to call Lola "Bonkies."

I really want a boy kitty so I can name him Fernando. Maybe someday!

My pretty girl and handsome boy. She's a old cranky lady who I've had for almost 11 years and he was a rescue and just turned two. Some asshole moved away and left his mom pregnant and living in the woods. A friend of ours brought her home, cleaned her up and brought her to the vet to get fixed and discovered the pregnancy at that time. She had a litter of 10 pups, all were adopted and the mom is still happily settled into her new home. We love our fur babies.

That was our thought when we got the second but she hates him to this day, 6 years later. We still have cat fights!

Oh no! We cat-sat one time for some friends that were moving and their kitty and our kitty could not get along so we kept them in separate rooms. I felt terrible for both. At least yours are "civil" now but I know that still sucks they aren't sweet on each other.

I love this!
Here are my babies enjoying our vacation this week.
Taker (left) is a 4 year old italian greyhound/min pin mix who we rescued. Someone actually dropped this poor pup on the side of the road and he was found about a mile from the shelter. He was so thin..we're not sure how he survived but we are so glad he did. Love my boy! And Ru (right) is just the craziest little mutt. She's 10 months old and also a rescue.

This is Java, he is 8 and he is the love of our lives. We rescued him when he was 3, I honestly believe my husband and I would have gotten divorced in our first few years of marriage if it weren't for him. We got in so many fights and the only reason we both stuck around was because neither one of us wanted to leave Java. Now we are fine, I guess we both grew up. But secretly I know my husband loves our dog more than me and I understand because I feel the same way!!!!

It's so sad that I have to dig all the way back to 2012, before my child was born, to find pictures of my fur babies...

Big dog is Magic, she's a 8 year old Double Merle Aussie. She's named after the movie Practical Magic because the guy had two different colored eyes, as does she. Little dog, Bloo, is an almost 9 year old Chihuahua Maltese mix. He was named after a cartoon character by my hubby. My dogs aren't very nice. They love family, but aren't really social otherwise. It sucks. My Aussie has so many allergies I can hardly keep up.

We just got our cat back this past July. She was a stray so her age is a guesstimate of 4 months old. Her name is Ellie. We named her after our apt complex (where she was abandoned) which was elements on park. So Elements, then shortened to Ellie. She is the sweetest, most calm cat I've ever met. She loves my daughter. When she hears her wake up in the morning she beats is to her room waiting to run in and jump on her.
