Reggie and Olaf! They came from a frozen transfer, so we picked "frozen themed" nicknames for our embryos. Olaf, obviously from Frozen, was my choice...and Reggie, from Slapshot, was DHs. They stuck/carried over after the BFP.
My boyfriend and I call ours "The Nug." It started out being "The Little Nugget," thanks to my friend Melanie, but eventually shortened it up. No meaning behind it, just a random nickname that was unique from the rest I've heard
Our last name rhymes with "files" so with my sisters I call it Niles Files. With DH just "the baby". I knew someone whose family referred to it as Cletus the Fetus... I felt bad for the mom. I can't imagine she liked that nn.
At my first appointment yesterday by boyfriend called it a peanut (because of how small it was) and I think that is going to stick. My little peanut...
We call ours Baby Bean. It's so fun because it's stuck and our whole family calls he/she bean. We get texts or calls asking and how Bean is today. I love it. Although poor kid may have trouble kicking the nickname even after birth.
I've been using "angry little tummy troll that likes to make foam"... Or just tummy troll but the morning sickness isn't 24/7 anymore so I'll have to come up with something else
We found out we were expecting in Paris and started jokingly calling it Pierre which just kind of stuck. We're not finding out the gender so it will be interesting if Pierre est une fille!
Fruit of the week, or Elvis...my husband has been trying to talk me into liking that name for YEARS (he just genuinely likes it, nothing to do with Presley), but its still a no lol.
Before I got pregnant, DH and I would joke about how big our stomachs felt after eating a big meal. We called our stomachs 'bellysaurus' so that's how it originated. We're weird. :-P
We call the baby trex... I sent the father to be picture of drawing I seen of how the baby looks at 5weeks and he said it looks like baby dinosaur. We laughed and called the baby trex so thats the baby lil nickname. :-?
We call ours Jaime - because we don't know if it's a boy or girl yet. DH liked it better than Jamie though neither of us is Latin/Spanish. I guess it's just a fun little twist.
Ours is gizmo, I don't know where it came from i just called it that as soon as we found out. My parents and friends all know and ask how giz is doing!
Re: Nickname for your baby to be?
Usually we just say "A.K."
IVF #2: April 2014 Antagonist Protocol|12R 11M 10F|Transfer 2|BFP | m/c 5.8.14
U/S shows two beautiful heartbeats at 122!!
Baby A is our stubborn little fighter with a heartrate of 169!
Team BLUE!

It's easier to blame things on "Spike" than baby, peanut, or little nugget.
