  Yes, it can. It has to be less than 2 oz tube and put in a quart size ziplock with the other liquids and creams you might have.

  The smaller regular tubes are 1.5 oz. Just check the oz size. It isn't necessarily travel sized, just not the huge tube.

  Depends on what brand you use.

  Your best bet may be to buy those little plastic travel bottles/containers and put some cream in them.  those are over by the makeup or travel size things.
