Congrats from another Twin Momma to be! We did IVF, so we knew there was a very solid chance of both embryos sticking and it was still shocking to think that there are two. Things have gotten a little better, but I still have no idea how it will all work out. I just know that it will. This is our first as well, and I just tell myself that I won't know any different. It's not going to be "harder" for me, because I don't know what it's like to just have a singleton!
True story- that is what my good friend keeps telling me!
I am a twin and it is exactly what my mother says. She also says she doesn't remember a lot except she spent a lot of time in her housecoat.
Congrats!

Congrats! Twins are so fun. Double the baby cuteness.
My husband is a twin, I have 2 sets of twin nephews.
All of those parents agree... if you can afford it - a night nurse is PRICELESS. One of my cousins had a night nurse 4-5x a week (both parents are doctors) and the other cousin had a night nurse 2-3x a week.
Those nights they would hand the baby monitors over to the night nurse and head to bed right after dinner. The nurse would bathe them, feed them and change them all night long. Then parents would wake up refreshed and feed babies before heading to work & dropping them at babysitter/nanny.
I hear there are some night nurses who have experience with multiples and some don't.
Check out your local hospital to see if there is a multiples "parenting" class.
Also hit up any local "multiples" sales.
Ha I wish we could do a night nurse. Don't think that will fly with our budget as my husband just started med school and I am the only one working.... I guess there are always loans?! hahah.
