My mother just text me.

"Are you going to go see someone to check on you and the baby????"

"Um..I see my midwife every week..."

"Well when is your next visit??"

Someone give me the strength to deal with stupid ass questions like this.

@SaraML13 that is totally uncalled for. Don't they realize comments like that are totally unhelpful and undermining? Boo to them. You're doing just fine, I'm sure.

@pnwlover12‌ I can't handle the stupid questions unless they are from unknowing children.

My students asked me why I was here today. Aren't you due last Saturday? Don't you go in and they take the baby out on your due date? Oh children.

Haha! My students (8th grade) were so similar right before I went on leave (starting right after my due date):
"What if you go into labor in class?"
"What time are you due today?"

Yeah not much different with high schoolers. They say things like;
What if you have the baby in class? I will pass out. I can't handle labor so don't go into labor during class.

Although one girl offered to drive me. Um thanks guys. I got this.

It drives me crazy when people try to sell their garbage for top dollar. There is someone on a FB buy/sell page that is asking $100 for a dropside crib from the early 90s.
