A/S on Monday - so nervous!!

I find myself getting nervous/anxious before every ultrasound now! I'm wondering if the babies are growing as they should. I'm worried about baby A's choroid plexus cyst, if it has resolved. I'm worried that my cervix is starting to shorten or that I'll be placed on full bedrest! Thankfully DH will be able to come this time and meet our OB. Need to distract myself this weekend! How do you cope with your nerves/anxiety?

I watch a lot of TV, lol. Probably too much!

I'm sure everything will be fine, it's normal to be so nervous especially with three little ones in there! Maybe go for a little walk before the ultrasound to try to get calm and clear your head a bit. That helps me when I'm feeling really stressed!

You just have to focus on the positives. Worrying won't help. But think how exciting it will be to see them!

I sleep and clean lol. If I'm awake, no matter what I'm doing I can't stop thinking about it. I still get nervous at 27weeks. Good luck, I'm sure things will be fine.

No advice but you are not alone...my mind is always worrying about the worst hope the babies are doing great though!

Thanks ladies! I think being on MBR isn't helping. Almost like I have cabin fever because I don't get out much :-)

I read a lot and a good book that I can't put down really helps. I would also say getting out, but MBR probably does make that impossible! Can't wait to hear an update on your trio!!
