I busted my ass in the wet parking lot at buy buy baby a few weeks ago and the only thing I hurt was my pride. LMAO. So embarrassing! Babies and I are just fine.

I biffed it on the ice when I was 37 weeks pregnant with DS. Right on my ass. That shit hurt. My tailbone still suffers.

Ouch!! I fell a little more on my side then my butt, but it happened so quick I didn't have time to stop it. It hurts so much more to fall as an adult! When you are a kid you bounce back quick.

@lizzybean‌ and @michelle142 sweeping and mopping are what get me the most. I have about 1500 sq feet of hardwoods & tile in my house and I literally feel like my back is broken by the time I'm done. Then I get to vacuum the other 1200 sq feet. :-<

I hate floors. Lol

@michelle142 TOTALLY. I went from a 650 sq ft apartment to a 2700 house. Shoulda budgeted for a cleaning lady with the mortgage and taxes. Never gave a 2nd thought to the cleaning of a bigger house.

I'm pretty excited for the weekend. My oldest is going camping from tonight till sunday afternoon, and my MIL just asked if she could have Ella for the night, and then on saturday she is spending it with my mom. Woo hoo, no kids this weekend.

Oh weird story….

I drove my girls to school today and one of my daughters friends saw us and came up to me and said "Ella told me you were having a boy, do you realize there is a penis inside of you" This friend of hers is only 9, and I swear I thought he was the cutest thing until today. I was standing there shocked, I looked around to see if anyone heard him, or if i truly heard him right, but honestly, what kid says something like that. I called my husband to tell him, and he bursted out laughing on the phone, he thought it was hilarious. Ella just giggled and said that Ben talks badly sometimes, he has even had to eat his lunch in hall. She honestly didn't even think anything of it.

I'm glad to see that today is a good day for everyone. I decided to get up and cook dinner while making lunch. I started feeling better but the minute I ate I got sick again. Blech. Thanks for all the well wishes.

@lizzybean When we built out last home we built it way too big, it was a 2 story with 3k sq ft and a full basement. 4.5 washrooms and 5 bedrooms for two of us. I HATED CLEANING IT! so when we sold it and moved, I downsized a lot. And I still hate cleaning lol.

My husband grew up in a mcmansion outside the city and I grew up in a tiny little house with a ton of us, so we argued a lot while building. Now he agrees that smaller is better for us right now. His parents are building a new house and "downsizing" to 4200 sq ft for two of them. *sigh*

@lizzybean‌ Holy crap 5 bathrooms!!!! We have 2 1/2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. The room they consider a bedroom due to the closet is downstairs and I am using it as a office. We came from a 1200 square foot ranch, so I couldn't imagine ever needing anything bigger! If we ever finish the basement that would add even more living space

We are still trying to figure out how to paint the cathedral ceilings we have. I think hiring a painter is going to be way out of the budget for the 3 -4 rooms we need them for and we are going to have to rent some scaffolding and do it ourselves.

We went from 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom on 2 floors to 4 bedrooms (+ an office) and 4 bathrooms in a ranch style home. WTF was I thinking? I love the space, but I hate cleaning it!

Today is my Mom's birthday and we're having everyone at our house tomorrow night for a big celebration dinner. I love to cook and my little sister (shes 17) has started to love it as well. So, we're going to cook Chicken Cordon Bleu and Weiner Schintzel for everyone! I'm really looking forward to it.

So found out I can't be fired at this point but apparently my job is in question.

So last month I had a meeting with my boss. I explained I'm pregnant and have had some issues with my blood pressure and that was why I had missed so much time at that point. He told me it was fine. I even asked him if me missing days was an issue if I needed to get something from the doctor about it. He said no and once again that it was fine.

Went to the meeting today he says that my principal is complaining about my time off. First off I have the time to use and some of the day I had to take off where because I had various doctors appointments reguarding my pregnancy which i was told to not worry about just take the day off and enter it into the computer.

Well my principal who knows I'm pregnant is sticking her nose into it. On the days I have taken off I can't find any subs to replace me so the ladies have to double up together. Every school does this when you can;t find a sub and we have always done this. Also she complained that I'm not reporting to her when I'm out.

I've been here two years. Not once until now have I ever been told to report to my principal for me not coming in. I've always been told to just enter it into the computer. Which I have always done.

So now they want me to call my principal, her secretary, and my bosses secretary when I take a day off. I've been here two years and no one has ever had to do this before whose a head custodian but they are making me do this now. So i told my boss how am I suppose to called her when she won't exchange her number with me and i have asked her 6 times. I've also documented each time I've asked and the excuse given to me and who ever my witness was. He then tells me then call me. I responded you sent out an email in August telling every head custodian to not call you. He then told me call my secretary. I told him I do and she doesn't answer her phone every time I do. Which when she doesn't I leave a voicemail saying when I called and I also email her telling her when I called and why and that she didn't answer.

So I have myself completely documented to show everything I do that I'm suppose to. So they couldn't even give me a warning today because officially I didn't do anything wrong even if they don't like me taking off so much.

but I think making me go through this after I already had one meeeting one why i'll probably be out alot was a waste of my time and complete bull.

Also when that other head custodian came to my school and just barged in. She saw that some things in my school where broken, one being a large whole in a wall. In my meeting which they had her go to which they shouldn't have she brought it up. My favorite part was her bringing it up and my boss interupting her saying 'Yeah I checked that she put a work order in back in September". I may hate my job but I do it and I do it well. Just because I'm young people write me off and think I'm incapable of doing it.

Sorry just had to vent!

I just basically feel today was a waste. The head custodian and principal tried to start shit with me and couldn't because I do my job and i do it correctly and I document everything I do.

HAha well my house is kind of strange. There are two bathrooms with three spare bedrooms on one side of our main room (one of which we use as as DH's office). A master bath with our master bed on the other side of the main floor. A bathroom upstairs in the 5th bedroom loft area. And what they call a "Florida bathroom" outside on our patio right off of the pool.

We rent, we will probably never have a house this huge again in our lives

There's 2 main full baths - one on either end of the house basically - it's a 2600ish sq. ft. ranch house so it's reallllllly long. Then a 3/4 bath attached to the master bedroom. Our 4th bathroom is a toilet and sink with a half assed "wall" in the basement.. lol

We just moved in this past April, so I'm still working on a cleaning routine. I hate cleaning bathrooms so much.

Looks like cream cheese-based. I can't tell if it's delicious until it's stuffed into my mouth. There will be cake for someone's 10 year anniversary this afternoon. I'm now debating whether to chill on the scone and wait for the other cake.

What kind of frosting does the red velvet have??? I cannot possibly answer your question without knowing about the frosting. If it's thick and sugary that's the nastiest thing ever, and you should go for the scone. If the frosting is creamy and delicious, ALWAYS go red velvet.

I had a great lunch date with my friend and her babies, DS was super well behaved and didn't make any major messes. We ran into some friends on our way out, and I got a few things done once we got home. All in all, it was a great morning/early afternoon.

I'm sitting on the recliner watching Gilmore Girls on netflix while DS naps, and FedEx dropped a box, knocked on the door and then rang the bell. Cue angry barking dog. I'm so glad he didn't wake up, I would have killed someone.

I refuse to have any conversations about vacuuming the house. Just thinking about it leaves me breathless and makes my back hurt.
