What foods to eat when you feel quezy?

keep in mind I've felt great for these past 21 weeks! How ever as of yesterday I have felt quezy, my body aches and I don't know what to do?!

  • *Queasy :-)

Unlike a pp, I do NOT drink mint tea--it seems to give me heartburn and make an upset stomach worse. I DO like to eat Ramen and drink sweet things, like juice.

  • Cold gatorade or iced tea!
And ginger gum helped my nausea during first tri.

  • I used to eat toast with a little cream cheese, and starbucks smoothies when I had MS!

Anything bland and full of carbs. There isn't a lot of nutritional value but it settles the stomach. Mashed potatoes and gravy is my go to food for an upset stomach with a little sprite or ginger ale to settle. Sometimes salty things like fries or cracker will give me heartburn.

The best tip I got was eat or drink something sour like lemonheads or lemonade. Cherry jolly ranchers are great for me to keep nausea at bay when I am out and about. I always keep some on me

I second mashed potatoes and sour things!

Saltines and acidic fruit... But really whatever your tummy thinks it can handle. Good luck!
