Whatever tastes good--broth, crackers, dry toast, something salty. Make sure you try to get enough fluids and rest up. Maybe you're coming down with something.

Anything bland and full of carbs. There isn't a lot of nutritional value but it settles the stomach. Mashed potatoes and gravy is my go to food for an upset stomach with a little sprite or ginger ale to settle. Sometimes salty things like fries or cracker will give me heartburn.
The best tip I got was eat or drink something sour like lemonheads or lemonade. Cherry jolly ranchers are great for me to keep nausea at bay when I am out and about. I always keep some on me
Unlike a pp, I do NOT drink mint tea--it seems to give me heartburn and make an upset stomach worse. I DO like to eat Ramen and drink sweet things, like juice.
