^^^ wow! Disgusting. I'm imaging some obese ugly girl sitting on a couch eating ice cream and screaming at her kids right now. That's how negative, pathetic, and desperate for a life you people all sound
When I thought the last post was disgusting...wow.
I was late to this party, but I think outside of @chilibeansm0m 's idea about sticking to a sex, which didn't work (sorry, girllll), having ZERO responses on the next one would be kind of hilarious...but I doubt us fat, lazy, ice cream eating, yelling at our kids "women" can pull it off..
Sweet DH took me to get a gender US for my birthday. I am 16w2d. The tech said she was 85% sure...but kept saying yes, she was right. But, she wants us to come back next week for a free recheck. So...what do y'all think?? I don't see a 'turtle'...but no definite 'lines' either...
I definitely have no eye for u/s pics (not even my own) because I can't even tell what part of the baby we are looking at (or even if it is a baby at all). The reason you may not be able to see a "turtle" is because some boys don't drop until 20 weeks.

@kelise511 whoa, hold up. 1) I didn't say any negative or offensive so how about you learn what the term all means 2) by medical standards I am considered obese and your comment is offensive 3) while I am sitting on my couch I am not eating ice cream or yelling at my kids (thank you for your insensitive comment but thanks to 10 years of infertility these twins are my first babies to make it to 16 weeks) I am actually doing homework for my Masters 4) I am not ugly just because I am obese. On the contrary, I am actually quite beautiful.
So what do you say @kelise511 how about an apology if you are woman enough.
I told my husband about this phenomenon and how quickly is corrected on here. Today, someone made this gender/sex mistake and he was all over their shit. It was a hilarious, over-the-top PSA.
Wow. Appalled by how rude people are on here. Pregnancy is a happy thing, and we should be supporting each other, not tearing each other down for asking for opinions. Too many rules on this forum. Which is why I stopped using it in the first place. Thought I'd give it a second shot...guess I was wrong.
I just posted something similar and the comments are absolutely insulting and quite juvenile from some members if you ask me. Some of these "women" on here I don't think even need to be parents. I'm leaving this forum too. I don't blame you one bit!
Why is it "women"? Why the accusatory quotations?
Watch me do a little WKing here.
I am sure that poster's use of "women" with quotation marks is an effort to being politically correct and sensitive to the sex vs gender issue. Since it is just as impossible to tell a person's gender from an avatar pic and screen name as it is from a u/s picture, I'm confident that this individual was merely being sensitive to all of us. :P
::lurking:: LOL at the "Mean-ass bitches? Aint nobody got time for that!" and then proceeds to write all about how awful, ugly, un-parentworthy and rude everyone is...but she aint got time for it.
Double LOL at the white knights who all say "Thats why I don't post here!" and "I'm leaving!", but yet still find the time to STAY and POST. Classic.

Not sure if you are joking or not...but...
I think she is implying we're all a bunch of little high school girls...even though she is the one who resorted to name calling.

Fairly certain I was joking there. Apparently I need to go back to the sarcastic humor drawing board.
