I think because my water broke I technically became an emergency c. Let me tell you that after an hour contractions started and got super intense. Pretty close together - like 3 minutes apart. I did end up labor ing for about 3 hours .

Congrats!

Thats almost exactly how I went into labor with my first. Went to bed and woke up about 2:45 am to a pop and a gush! I actually though I did pee the bed until I got up and went to the bathroom and it didn't stop. I am amazed at how calm you and a lot of other mothers are when that happens, I panicked and headed straight for the hospital only wishing I'd taken time to shower and fix myself up! I'm really hoping I can be so calm this time around.
