Now you are just being silly.
    Don't be so judgmental.

I fully own my judgment it was kind of bitchy too ;)
And this is how you want everyone else to operate. Say something bitchy, get called out and bask in your bitchy gloriousness as oppose to trying to backtrack and explain. I can handle it.

yes! No back tracking it kills me it's just so hav.
But, honest question, don't you think there's a difference between backtracking and trying to clarify that you honestly weren't trying to be bitchy in the first place? Don't shoot me! I'm just trying to understand the dynamics here. In general I'm a pretty nice person so it catches me off guard when someone accuses me of being bitchy. That wasn't my intent. I'm sorry if anything I've said has been taken that way.

lol you do realize you just said "I am sorry if anything I have said has ben taken that way." That's like saying I am sorry you took what I said the wrong way. Too funny. I guess it will just take time on the board but seriously I do feel like your comments both yesterday and today were really judgmental more bitchy today. It's all good. We all judge but just own it. And if you really didn't mean it that way. Which I am having a really hard time believing I guess in time that will all play out.

I mean, my comments yesterday about entitlement weren't nice. That's fine, I know that. But I'm talking about today, I didn't say anything purposefully rude. I AM sorry if they were taken the wrong way... meaning I obviously should have thought about what my words were conveying, since tone is absent on a forum like this.

  • It's all good. It's just seeing it two days in a row sets a precedent. KWIM? Like I said just let it go and if you really aren't bitchy which I believe you, it will all play out in the coming weeks.

I think buying the brand new iPhone as soon as it comes out despite your older model working just fine is silly.

Brought to you by my friend who "accidentally" shattered his 5s screen the day the 6 was announced.  :-?
I have to agree with you, but I'm with Tmobile where you have to pay more for your iPhone.  I just got the 5c at the apple store 6 months ago and got $100 off by bringing back my iPhone 4.  I think we paid $500 for it?  No way am I spending that kind of money every year that the new model comes out.

Yeah, me neither. But DH and I JUST got our 5s's a month or so ago. We traded in our 4s's and switched to Verizon and got a really good deal. So our phones are basically brand new. I just don't see the minor differences being worth so much money.

okay see his changes things. I wouldn't trade a month old five in either. My phone is over 2 years old and I am completely out of memory, my battery life sucks, and it is slowwwwww. I don't need a new one but with my trade n, it's not a bad deal.

I had bought the 4 about 3 years ago off of craigslist and had it jailbroken so I could use it on tmobile - that was before they offered iPhones.  verizon's plans are way too expensive for me and DH.  They quoted me $100 per data plan so it would be $200 for our family.  We only pay $100 after taxes for 2 lines with tmobile.  Yeah, you pay more for your phone up front, but at least you don't have expensive monthly payments.  I really needed the new phone because of mine being jailbroken I couldn't really get all the software updates and it was running SO slow!

Yeah, I'd definitely trade if I were you. But to me all of those problems =/= your older model working just fine. That would be SUPER annoying.

When we traded our 4s, my battery would go from 100% to 10% in an hour, even if I was hardly using it. I had data turned off, wifi turned off, brightness way down, all the tricks, and it just wouldn't last. And then Best Buy was offering a steal of a trade in (we ended up paying nothing for our brand new 5s's) so it worked out well. We did switch from Sprint to Verizon a little early so we had to pay a ton in early termination fees, though. boooo.

How do you have a two year old iPhone 5s when it was just released in September of 2013?

lol yes I didn't mean 5s. I meant fives as I was talking two of them. I had to go back and figure out what she was talking about. I didn't say 5s in the quote she quoted?

You have serious issues with how others spend money. Why do you give a fuck. Says the girl getting two new iPhones at 8:00 tomorrow morning and owns two perfectly working 5s.

okay now your post actually makes sense here is the quote you meant. Yes I meant fives as in plural 5.
  • @Andrewsgal‌ Hey, it probably doesn't matter you since you're getting the 6 traded in, but if your phone was that old Apple said they would replace the batteries for phones with certain serial numbers that came out in a certain time frame. I want to say it's 2012, but I might be wrong.

I remember reading about this... I thought it was only 4s they were doing that for.

edit: Nope, just googled it, and it was 5s. Nevermind, ignore me.

oh thanks I just mentioned this to DH and his answer was yeah we qualify for that. Dummy never told me. Now I think I want to keep it for DD as a Christmas present (as a iPod not a phone) thanks I bet he never would have mentioned it!
