Just to confirm, do those with only a handful of posts know labor buddy protocol? Everyone seems eager to be listed, even if they just joined or never post, and so I just want to confirm that you know the protocol and will actually post for your LB.

Also, if a date is a day or two off on the sheet it's really not a big deal. These dates are estimates, and you will be alerting your LB when you're in labor - it's not like they are going to just check in with you on the date listed in the sheet.

Yup, wss! I'm just getting names on here, dates are estimates so 'm not updating that unless something changes by like 2 weeks! Ok, here is a quick LB tutorial.

LB goes both ways. You and a buddy are paired up. When one goes into labor she has the option of communicating directly with her buddy rather than posting on the board. This way the LB keeps us updated rather than the mom. These work best when you have time to build a relationship with your buddy.

Keep in mind, it goes BOTH ways. You aren't just going to let someone know when you are in labor, you are essentially taking on the promise to keep us updated of when your buddy goes into labor.

I'm not trying to sound like a bitch, but we have a LOT of people on the LB list who are assigned and haven't been heard from again. It isn't life and death but it isn't fair to the women who get absent partners either. I will update the list tonight with all the names and post it to get the most recent verion out there.
