So I am CD32 today. We have been TTC for over 3 years now and are on our second round of Femara. I took a dollar store PT yesterday afternoon and it was a BFN. I took another dollar store test this morning and it initially was negative ( every other test I ever took came up positive right away) but it turned a really faint positive after I had initially given up on it. It was no more than 8-10 min after I had taken it and it was sitting in the same spot as when I took it. (Not gonna lie, I was sitting on the toilet on Facebook and when I got up to wipe I saw a very faint BFP). I will be purchasing a name brand PT later but just wondering if this is normal or if anyone has had a false BFP with Dollar Store tests? Thanks for any advise!

BFP #7 (beyond surprised again!) 4/26/16. EDD 1/5/17. beautiful betas!!!! and then near-fatal hemorrhagic corpus luteum. turns out baby was ectopic after all; another lap 5/6 (@24dpo).

But if you have to give your IF history in the first sentence of your BFP announcement post, then that is a sign that you probably should not be announcing your BFP here.
I understand that you were really asking if it was in evaporation line versus a real BFP. I want to believe that you did not mean any harm at all in this post. But that looks like a pretty clear BFP. And it feels a little bit like you're rubbing it in our faces. Again, I know that's not what you mean, but in this season of our lives you should know how it feels to have somebody you don't know very well wave a BFP in their face. And that's what this post feels like. Maybe a little more participation on the board would have given you the insight to know what this post would feel like to many of us.
I wish you the best in your pregnancy. But I think your future posts would be better suited to a Pregnancy board.
And also ridiculous that you are upset no one is shouting congrats from the tops of the mountains. you had to almost re-intro in your OP so that people could get to know your situation "I've been TTC for 3 yrs now and we are on our second round of femara" because you are a ghost here. An intro a lifetime ago does not make a member of this board. It makes you a lurker. This forum is exactly for support but just like in life, you get what you give. You want support? GIVE SUPPORT. And know your audience.
I have EVERY CLUE how hard IF is because on a constant basis I am reminded of how obnoxious and rude people get to have babies. Your "am I pregnant guys!?" stunt shows your lack of compassion for others. I'm sure you are quite proud of yourself for "following the rules" with your 1 previous post. Way to go!
